The Forming Ways of the Communicative Professionally Oriented Foreign Language Competence for Students of Secondary Vocational Education, studying the Educational Program 43.02.14 “The Hotel In-dustry” are examined in the article. The main Hotel industry students’ competencies are determined here. The methodological features of preparing students for the state final certification in the format of a demon-stration exam on the competence of «The Hotel Administration» are clarified. Also there are given examples of some textbooks for professionally-oriented teaching of the discipline «Foreign language in professional activity».

The problem of educational competence formation among future teachers is very relevant, since the implementation of pedagogical influence on students is one of the most important functions of a teacher, along with the function of teaching. The article considers the system of teaching the course "Methodology of educative work" at the Azov-Black Sea Engineering Institute in the process of training future bachelors. The purpose of the article is to analyze the role of upbringing in modern vocational education and to build the system of teaching the discipline "Methodology of educative work" at the university on the basis of this analysis. Methods of analysis and synthesis, critical review of literature, highlighting the essential things, as well as the method of participatory monitoring were used when conducting research at a university. Education, closely merged with training, is one of the most important tasks of modern secondary vocational education (SVE), within which future bachelors will have to work. The article describes the system of formation of the educational competence of students – future teachers of SVE, in the center of which is the discipline "Methodology of educative work". In addition, this system includes interdisciplinary connections with other pedagogical and psychological disciplines, pedagogical and other practices, writing a final qualifying work. The teaching of the discipline "Methodology of educative work" is analyzed, during which it is proposed to pay special attention to collective forms of educational activities, implementation of project tasks, formation of methodological literacy of students, development of their creative approach to education, writing and defending term papers. The orientation to humanization of the process of education and preparation of students for professional activity in a humane educational environment is indicated as the prospects for the development of this discipline. The results of the study can be used in the course of teaching the methodology of educative work in various universities.
The article discusses the issues of foreign language training for students of educational institutions of secondary vocational education.
This article presents an analysis of the possibilities of using social design technologies for the de-velopment of personal qualities, general and professional competencies of students that increase their competitiveness in today's dynamically changing labor market, as well as general adaptive skills that are in demand in the face of global challenges. The article considers the necessary conditions for the successful implementation of social project activities that affect the creation of a special environment in the institution. The advantages of using project technologies for all subjects of the educational process are justified: students develop the skills of complex application of various skills to solve socially significant tasks; teachers increase the methodological level, the educational institution itself gets the opportunity to successfully promote in the market of educational services. The article also discusses the issues of digitalization of the educational process and the possibilities for developing project activities in these conditions: digital technologies contribute to the creation and development of social design in secondary vocational education institutions, the involvement of teachers, students and the community in the discussion of what kind of society they want to see in their future.

The Decree of the President of the Russian Federation "On National Goals and Strategic Objectives for the Development of the Russian Federation" sets out the task of ensuring the competitive ability of Russian education on a global scale and placing the Russian Federation among the 10 leading countries in the world in terms of the general education quality. In addition, it is required to increase its accessibility to citizens using the achievements of innovative economic development. The realities of today dictate the need to search for new technologies and ways to achieve the set goals. Modernization processes in any area of human life are aimed at improving the current situation by abandoning old stereotypes and transition to new forms of work. Modern geopolitical circumstances imply the need to update the modern education system towards its total digitalization. Digitalization of education should be considered as a tool for expanding the learning environment, choosing an individual educational trajectory, and building personal learning scenario. The purpose of this study was to examine the possibility of using forms of distributed education in career guidance work with schoolchildren within the framework of the project "Arctic Teacher in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)". It describes the experience of Yakutsk Pedagogical College in using digital educational resources as an opportunity to work with schoolchildren from hard-to-reach Arctic and Northern settlements of the Republic. It concerns the creation of pedagogical classes at colleges (Yakutsk, Namsky, Vilyuysky) to promote the development of the project "Arctic Teacher" and raise the prestige of the pedagogical profession among young people. The article also highlights the activities of the Small Pedagogical Academy for schoolchildren, where various events and competitions are organized. Intermediate results show that graduates of the Small Pedagogical Academy demonstrate professional determination, successfully go through the adaptation period of training in college, use educational platforms, display leadership characteristics.
