Presently the requirements of employers increase not only to the professional level of again coming in organization employees but also to the level of their social development, ability to be responsible for executable actions and produce their estimation. All of it determines the necessity of the realized introduction of young people for socio-economic relations as early as school age. Full enough this task is answered by teaching of economy. At the same time, the analysis of curricula of general schools of Russia allowed to educe insufficient attention of developers to the object «Economy». In the new Federal state educational standard of secondary general education «Economy» is also attributed to the profile level in the list of objects on the choice of area «Social sciences»

The author of the article analyses the results of the sociological studies in Togliyatti. The results show that opinions of the townsmen about status of the industrial city are different and depend on age, level of the education. The estimation of the industrial city status is also connected with the opinion about outlooks of its modernization. The status of the industrial city negatively influences on the youth attitude to the city.

Social relationships of the individual permeate all spheres of his life, and because development and qualitative characteristics of communication are one of the priority conditions of adaptation to the surrounding social environment and quality of individual’s life. It can be assumed that the development of communication skills is exactly in the game as the leading activities of the preschooler should have a positive impact on both the communication and the level of development of the game in view of the decision of tasks of socialization and integration of the child with visual impairments in the society thereby updated research on new approaches to optimization of remedial developmental space impaired preschooler.

The paper considers main manifestations of sensitive behavior of mothers raising infants, depending on the directionality of verbal behavior and prevailing means of communication. The results of the study give the characteristics of speech behavior of mothers with different levels of willingness to adequate perception of infant signals, common to all types of recommendations on their recognition, understanding, values and subsequent adequate and rapid response.

Combating poverty and inequality is a major challenge for sustainable development worldwide. Young low-paid workers found themselves in extreme poverty and worse living conditions. The intensification of social policy programs has led to reduction of poverty and better life of the world's population. In Russia, the spread of poverty is the main problem of sustainable socio-economic development. In recent years, the living standards and welfare of the population have significantly decreased in Russia, and the problems of poverty have spread. The trends of falling real money incomes of Russians remain, which has led to a change in the structure of household expenditures. The proportion of the population's expenditure on food has increased, poor citizens prefer to save money, rather than look for additional earnings. The processes that restrain the reduction of the poor share among the working population remain, the growth of pensions and the improvement of the lives of modern pensioners have slowed down. Among the risk group are low-income families with children, poor people, pensioners and certain categories of working population. The current system of social protection of the population in conditions of economic instability proved incapable to cope fully with the impoverishment of the general population and still does not provide adequate protection for the poor. The current situation in the country bears risks of social instability on regional and national scale.
