The present article is devoted to the issue of teaching dialogue as one of the types of communicative activity, describes approaches to teaching the dialogue pattern existing in the methodology and suggests different types of preparing, conditionally-communicative and communicative exercises for practicing foreign students’ skills and abilities in the process of implementation of communicative intentions.
The article provides an overview of the contents of the Russian language textbook for 8th grade of secondary schools of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the framework of the concept of the updated content of education. Communication-oriented and text-oriented textbook assignments are described aimed at forming functional literacy of students.
The article suggests using translation contests as an instrument for multicultural competence formation for international students. The article deals with the objectives of the contest, peculiarities of its organization, and gives analysis of its perspectives for further motivation of foreign students to study foreign languages and cultures.
This article presents a study on the influence of the English language on the Russian language. On the basis of this study, the main stages of the entry into the Russian language of words borrowed from English were identified. The article deals with the question of the reasons for borrowing English words, as well as the question of their influence on the Russian language.
