The author substantiates the essential and functional role of social institutes in the system of ecological socialization of the personality as a basic condition for increasing the resource potential of educational space of comprehensive school.

The author discloses the essence of the moral and ethical code «Adygagje» (adygstvo) and its social functions. The author presents the profound analysis of philosophical, sociological and ethnographic researches on studying, preservation and development of adygstvo.

The author provides the review of the researches, devoted to the problem of interrelation of education and psychological development. The author uncovers and analyses views of senior scientists, teachers and psychologists of our country and foreign countries on interdependence of education and psychological development.

The article is devoted to the creation of a multicultural model of modern education. The author describes the psychological and pedagogical conditions that influence the effectiveness of teacher training in multicultural education.

The cultural environment has defining impact on the mental condition of the person mediated by consciousness. The conscious relation to the cultural environment brings life and the person’s activity into accord, filling it with sense in the course of the world cognition. It assumes the content of aspects of the selfunderstanding, defined as the sense of consciousness, i.e. reestablishing semantic relations, allowing realization of tasks concerning sense of object, phenomenon and action.

This work sheds new light on methodological bases of the psychological analysis of behavior and action. The analysis «unit» is revealed. The article shows the interrelation of behavior and activity. The character structure is presented as manifestation of steady style of activity.

The article discusses the psychological and pedagogical features of adaptation to the second stage of teenagers learning describes the period of adaptation to the new rules and requirements, criteria for suc-cessful adaptation, which act as the degree of preservation of mental and physical health of students. Ex-pands learning motivation of pupils of secondary school age are not only aimed at obtaining new information and knowledge, but also to search for general laws, and most importantly for the development of methods of obtaining self-knowledge.

This work presents the review of interactive methods and educational technologies in training future elementary school teachers. Opportunities of application of various forms of the organization of training are examined and methodical recommendations to their use are made.

The author discusses psychological-pedagogic and ethnocultural features of Adyghe folk games, promoting the development of personal qualities of a child: independence, activity, creativity, curiosity, and determining the formation of valuable relation to the surrounding world, nature, people, and his own «I».
