In the article some considerations to optimize combat the manifestation of criminal behavior as an evasion of military service, as a way of overcoming of the offense offers a plan and carry out practical activities aimed at patriotic education of the younger generation.

The article was an attempt to review the complex ideas, issues dealing with temporal Augustine and Husserl. Both thinkers are considered as creators of a complex of philosophical ideas which along with transcendental philosophy of Kant have directly influenced the Heidegger's concept of time. Intrinsic opening Augustine and Husserl presented in conjunction with the understanding of time in Heidegger.

This article deals with linguistic description in terms of macrostructures and makropropositions. The author of these terms is T. van Dijk, he brought them into the semantic description of global content and thus, with global coherence of discourse. The author pays much attention to the macrostructures which are determined with macrorules that describe the relationship between the sequences of propositions and relevant of makropropositions of macrostructure.

The article discussed the main factors of the German community in Armavir Kuban region, the features of the folding of the German ethnic and cultural groups in a moderately developed industrial center. The article discussed the factors that sent the migration of Germans in the region of Armavir and the dynamics of growth in their numbers. Special attention was paid to the role of the Lutheran house of worship in Armavir, as an important factor for consolidating the Germans.
