The article presents the results of an analysis of the research of Russian and foreign scientists on the influ-ence of creativity on the psychological health of preschool children. The relationship between mental health and creativity is considered. It was also determined that the development of creativity is mainly influenced by the subject-developing environment, which should be interesting for the child and contribute to his per-sonal development.

Modern educational technologies are closely related to conducting a search on the Internet. Schoolchildren spend more and more time on the Web, performing the tasks of teachers, searching for the necessary in-formation, communicating with their comrades. And it is absolutely necessary that the schoolchildren them-selves should be aware of the hazards associated with the use of the Network and are critical of the infor-mation received on the Internet. The authors attempted to investigate the relation of schoolchildren to the Network, the need to use it for preparing assignments and self-development. Authors, using the Kimberly Young test and a number of others, tested schoolchildren from the 8th to 11th grade. The article discusses the results of the study.
