The modernization of higher education opens up prospects for the use of services for generating various content (text, keywords, pictures) to improve the quality of training for specialists in the field of library and information services. In addition, the priority tasks of the training programs are: filling the content of academic disciplines with the cognitive component of the culture of interethnic communication, formation of communicative and digital competences. The author investigates the problem of substantiating the effectiveness of the use of word cloud generation services in the training of librarians. The purpose of the research is to study the characteristics of online tag cloud generators use in teaching students in the area of training 51.03.06 Library and information services. Scientific novelty: the potential of online tag cloud generators for training demanded librarians is substantiated. Theoretical significance: the revealed characteristics of information interaction in the creation and use of tag clouds are clarified in relation to training librarians of the future. The development of tag clouds takes place in the classroom in the discipline «Modern information Technology». The AhaSlides platform and the Live Word Cloud Generator tool are used to organize students' information and communication activities. 80 bachelors are involved, their specialization is «Digitalization of information resources and processes». All of them are second–and third-year students. The author describes a system for working with tag cloud generation services, which includes the following stages: analysis of available digital tools and selection of the optimal one, study of functional potentials, their application to solve educational tasks and support library and information services. In conclusion, the specific aspects of using online tag cloud generators for training librarians are formulated: recognition of the value of each proposed idea, objectivity in the analysis and interpretation of the text and the resulting "tag cloud", support for joint activities in a virtual environment and when selecting a set of keywords, propaedeutic work with artificial intelligence technology. Practical significance: the factors influencing the effectiveness of the use of online tag cloud generators in the training of librarians to improve the quality of their training have been identified: increasing the influence of artificial intelligence and robotics on the labor market, the range of reader interests, digital literacy. The obtained results can be used to improve the programs of the system of professional and additional professional training of librarians.

Modernization of higher education opens up prospects for the use of mobile technologies to improve the quality of training for specialists in the field of socio-cultural activities. In addition, the priority tasks of the training programs are: providing the content of academic disciplines with the cognitive component of the interethnic communication culture, building up communicative and digital competences. The authors examine the problem of verifying the effectiveness of the mobile technologies use in training of specialists in the field of socio-cultural activities. The purpose of the work is to study the peculiarities of the organization of practical activities for managers of socio-cultural activities in the development of mobile applications for the formation of their communicative tolerance. Scientific novelty: the potential of mobile applications with socio-cultural content for training in-demand specialists of the digital society is substantiated. Theoretical significance – the identified opportunities and characteristics of information interaction in the design of mobile applications are clarified in relation to the training of managers of socio-cultural activities for the formation of their communicative tolerance. The creation of mobile applications was implemented in classes on the discipline "Innovative experience of professional activity in the field of culture". To develop mobile applications, specialists use the tools of the MIT App Inventor environment. The test by V. V. Boyko is used to assess the formation of communicative tolerance. 82 bachelors of the Orel State Institute of Culture are involved. The area of training is 51.03.03 “Socio-cultural activities”, specialization – «Management of socio-cultural activities». The 2-Pearson criterion was used for statistical processing of data. The authors describe a system of work on the use of mobile applications for socio-cultural purposes to promote tolerance and multilingual interaction; formation of the respect for the cultural characteristics of other people; development of emotional intelligence. The peculiarity of the proposed information interaction is the adaptation of the content of the mobile application to the specifics of the training area. Modernization of library education involves the use of technologies that ensure simultaneous work with sound, images and text. The ability to use computer animation tools in working on projects and teamwork skills are the required soft skills, the formation of which determines the professional self–realization of librarians. The purpose of the study is to identify the potential of using animation in the media space of the "Library Night" to develop the teamwork skills of graduate students. The scientific novelty lies in the fact that the didactic potential of including animation tools in the information interaction of library service participants for the formation of collaboration skills is substantiated. Theoretical significance – the identified opportunities are supported by communication in the media space of the library for the development of soft skills required in the digital society. The media space of the "Library Night" is considered as a combination of resources that allows professional collaboration in a new format. The Renderforest platform is used to develop didactic animation. 68 graduate students of the Orel State Institute of Culture are involved. Their area of training is "Social and cultural activities", specialization: "Project management in the socio-cultural sphere". The study of animation tools was implemented within the framework of the discipline "Information Technology in Science and Education". V. Stefanson's methodology was used to assess the formation of students' teamwork skills. For statistical processing, Pearson's χ2 (chi-square) test and Fisher's method (angular transformation) were used. The authors formulated the ideas of a methodological approach reflecting the necessary changes in the system of training specialists, taking into account the digitalization of library and information services. They clarified the potential of animation tools for improving the quality of library education, and, in particular, for development of the teamwork skills among graduate students: the development of skills to listen to alternative opinions, accept the standards and values of the group, follow the social, moral and ethical norms of the team. It is concluded that the use of animation tools in the media space of the "Library Night" contributes to the formation of teamwork skills among graduate students: new opportunities for collaboration and project activities, innovative work experience, etc. There are also factors complicating the team building process: lack of communication between employees; weak motivation; low social status of the profession. The results obtained can be used to improve master's degree programs, advanced training courses, and the organization of the library's media space.
