The article describes the features of the PR-promote of musical underground. Describes some of the PR-tools used by domestic and foreign specialists to draw attention to the target segment of informal musical directions, positioning themselves as opponents of mass culture. Examples are given.

The article is devoted to the problems of young children communicative speech development, to the role of the teacher and parents in this process. The authors offer options for diagnosing and correcting shortcomings in the speech of young children attending preschool educational institutions.
The article deals with paragraphemic linguistic means functioning in a modern media communication based at the material of Russian and English languages examplified with the on-line versions of such papers as The Guardian, The New Yorker, etc. The aim of the analysis is the study of a functional potential of paralinguistic means of media discourse as the most extensive and powerful forms of modern communication, actualizing a creative playing modus. The research methods are based on the use of linguistic stylistic analysis, functional communicative analysis, methods of introspection, synthesis and comparison. Innovative research results of this study can be assumed as follows: modern web-based communication in the form of media discourse is characterized by a wide use of paragraphemic language means such as: syngraphemics, supragraphemics and topographemics, the functional potentials of which reflect the media discourse property of creativity, based on the mechanism of information content visualization.
