This article reveals the essence of subculture of hipsters in the space quickly reformed modern social and cultural environment, its appearance, and the transformation of the state at the present time, an analysis of the studied determining subculture and her inherent characteristics, and also imposed an assumption about the possible risks of its impact on young people.

The article deals with definitions of the notions “culture” and “organizational culture”, created by Russian and foreign scholars. Organizational culture is a relatively new phenomenon which was began to be studied in the middle of the previous century but it is still topical nowadays. The author shows the interconnection of these phenomena demonstrating their interdependence and influence on the national culture, all spheres of life, including organization functioning.

In this article it is defined more precisely the idea of “resourse of culture” in the limits of the conception of pedagogical projection of resourse of culture in multilevel education on the base of its common-theoretical potential. We determine its genetics' links with the circle of psychology -pedagogical and culture – logical notions.

On the basis of a systematic approach investigates man as the subject of activity in the culture system. Based on the analysis of human activities in the "nature", "Society", "Culture", in terms of subject-object re-lations, revealed the basic functions of culture. Established a system of personal relationship potentials, cultural identity and culture of the society. The basic psychophysical human potentials, the main compo-nents of cultural identity and cultural structure of society.
