The article deals with the problem of gender characteristics of the manifestation of leadership in adolescence. Adolescence is the most favorable period for the development of leadership qualities in a per-son, an ideal moment for his inclusion in joint activities with teachers and parents. Leadership among boys and girls is specific in terms of the style of communication and response in situations, the level of sociability, the perception of environmental conditions, and normative attitudes.
The article describes the results of a study of motivational factors of conformal behavior of high school students. The significance of the influence of an authoritative personality, group on the conformal behavior of high school students is substantiated. It is shown that the psychological basis of conformity is the high suggestibility of a teenager, involuntary imitation. It is proved that motivational factors of conformal be-havior of high school students are the motives of affiliation and independence, the effect of which is mediat-ed by the degree of significance of the group exerting influence.
In this article, the authors consider the problems that arise in the process of communication of adolescents. The study revealed the main causes of communication problems in adolescents, which are mediated by their age characteristics. A timely study of the dynamics of adolescents' relationships with peers will allow us to develop and propose a set of measures aimed at preventing the appearance of serious problems in communication between adolescents.The study will be interesting for parents, teachers, educational psychologists, social educators and specialists in the prevention of deviant behavior.
The article examines Machiavellianism as a feature of manipulative communication and its phenomenology. The study of Machiavellianism is the most relevant, since the manipulation of consciousness today turns out to be a very common phenomenon and is focused not only on individuals, but also on a huge audience. The study involved teaching students for whom effective communication is an important factor of professional competence. The article examines the propensity of students to manipulative communication and offers recommendations for effective communication in the youth environment.
This article reveals the relevance of the issue of the formation of personal confidence in adolescents in the conditions of socio-psychological trainings. The article presents the result of an empirical study conducted in one of the secondary schools of the Slavyansky district municipality of Krasnodar Krai on a sample of 40 6th grade students from 12 to 13 years using such methods as: survey, testing, experiment (ascertaining and forming), quantitative methods of processing test results. The diagnostic methods used in the study include: «The study of general self-esteem using the testing procedure» (G. N. Kazantseva); «Self-esteem scale» (M. Rosenberg); «Scale of general self-efficacy» (R. Schwarzer, M. Yerusalem) (adapted by V. G. Romek); the «Self-confidence» test (V. G. Romek). As a result of the study, it is possible to talk about the expediency of forming personal self-confidence in adolescents, including a sense of happiness, satisfac-tion with their lives, as well as a number of socially significant values (good studies, communication, health, recognition by others and respect for people) in the context of the implementation of socio-psychological trainings and with timely diagnosis of confidence in adolescents /uncertainty by studying their personal, cognitive and emotional-behavioral components.
