In the article, the author examines the essence of bullying and its consequences for the personal development of adolescents. The reasons for the occurrence of bullying in educational institutions are explained. Using the example of an empirical study conducted at school among adolescents, it is shown that bullying is a common phenomenon and negatively affects personal characteristics: self-esteem, social status in a group, behavior and the development of neuropsychiatric and behavioral disorders.
This article presents a research paper. The article is devoted to the problem of aggressive behavior in older preschool children, taking into account gender characteristics. The urgency of studying aggressive behavior in older preschoolers is indicated. The psychological and pedagogical literature is analyzed. An empirical study was conducted, which partially confirmed the hypothesis that aggressiveness in girls and boys of older preschool age will differ in the degree and nature of manifestations: boys tend to vent negative emotions on others through the manifestation of physical aggression, and girls of older preschool age, on the contrary, verbal aggression is characteristic. Methodological recommendations are selected based on the results of the study.
The article examines the international and criminal-legal characteristics of aggressive war and their importance for ensuring security and stability in international relations. The basic principles of international law, such as the prohibition on the use of force and inadmissibility of threat to international order, as well as criminal-legal consequences of committing a war of aggression are described. Particular attention is paid to the process of establishing the fact of aggression and the role of international courts and tribunals in this process.

Guilt as a component of moral consciousness, which continues to develop intensively in early adolescence, is a relevant field of research, since a better understanding of this phenomenon will help prevent possible destructive consequences of its manifestation: increased anxiety, social maladjustment, etc. The aim of the article is to show the results of an empirical study of students’ guilt feeling as aggression in relation to its types and forms. The study involved 32 students of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "Petrozavodsk State University" (aged 19 to 21, 15 boys and 17 girls). As a result, statistically significant correlations were revealed between guilt as a form of aggression, and the relationships between guilt as aggression and its forms and types were found.
The work describes the stages of maladaptation of adolescents with deviant behavior and how they manifest themselves in the early periods of development. The work shows the reasons for the appearance of deviant behavior in adolescents. The results of a study conducted among adolescents showing early signs of deviant behavior are described. An analysis and description of the destructive personal qualities of adolescents is given, including anxiety, hostility, aggression and cynicism, which negatively affect personality development.
