This work studies the problem of European notarization consisting in the establishment of the requirement about existence of citizenship by the persons who have shown their willingness to be engaged in notarial activity in another EU country. The relevant judicial practice, as well as the positions of several EU countries on this issue are investigated. It is noted that some EU countries have voluntarily refused a condition about nationality, and others still haven't made it even under the pressure of EU authorities. On the basis of the carried-out analysis, the author offers compromise version of the considered problem solution.

The article studies the provisions of the amendments concerning the introduction of Oath upon the Russian Federation citizenship granting, revocation of citizenship granting, changes in the conditions for the Russian Federation citizenship granting to citizens of Ukraine. The authors draw conclusions on the novelties, noting their both positive and negative sides.

The article considers the concepts of «volunteering» and «volunteering», their identity is indicated. The fundamental ideas that define the conceptual and philosophical basis of volunteering and volunteering are substantiated. The history of the emergence and development of volunteering in the world and in our country is shown. The characteristics of the motives that determine participation in volunteer activities are given. It has been established that volunteering brings up the civic qualities of a person, his social activity, inclusion in society, adaptation to the conditions of the social environment and the ability to interact with it. It is concluded that volunteering is a resource for personal growth and social development.
