The main purpose of using this method in management, according to the author, is to provide psychological support, maintain a favorable psychological climate in the team. It is emphasized that the use of psychodrama in the management of an organization is a creative way to influence the team in order to improve the quality of work.
The article is devoted to the study of the level of professional competence of teachers of preschool educational organizations. The authors provide a definition of professional competence of teachers based on the analysis of a number of pedagogical studies. The levels of formation of professional competence of teachers of preschool educational organizations on the basis of generalized criteria, as well as differentiation of subjects into level groups (low, satisfactory, medium, high) are revealed. The article includes materials for testing diagnostics of teachers of preschool educational organizations.

The relevance of the study is determined both by the rapid development of digital technologies and by the circumstances that resulted from the forced transition of the education system to distance learning during the spread of COVID-19. The results of scientific research and experience in the implementation of distance learning technologies have shown that high schools students experience great difficulties associated with the unpreparedness to carry out educational activities in online and offline modes. Distance learning can be called “self-regulated learning”, since learners independently manage their time, plan their work and take an active part in the interaction with classmates and the teacher. The aim of the study is to work out diagnostic tools for defining the levels of formation of students’ regulatory actions within the system of basic and secondary education in the context of distance learning. The theoretical significance of the study is due to the contribution to the development of scientific ideas about diagnostic materials in the field of assessing the regulatory activity of students. On the basis of a comparative analysis of domestic and foreign scientific research, the authors highlight structural components of the regulatory learners’ universal educational actions in the context of distance learning: self-organization, goal-setting, planning, forecasting, self-control, self-evaluation and reflection. The most significant structural component is self-organization of students during the distance learning period, which involves drawing up a daily routine, registering completed tasks, monitoring their actions in accordance with the daily routine, as well as independently determining the time to complete homework. In the course of the study, diagnostic material was worked out and described for finding the level of formation of regulatory learners’ universal educational actions in the context of distance learning, based on reflexive self-assessment of students, which relies on the personal action of self-determination and the regulatory action of students' assessment of their activities, as well as the adequacy of understanding the reasons for success or failure. The practical use of the research results will allow us to identify problem areas of the regulatory activity of students and highlight specific actions that complicate the process of distance learning.
this article provides theoretical information on the problem of socio-psychological climate. The practical part of the article presents the results of a psychological study conducted on the basis of an educational institution. The result of the work done is recommendations for improving the level of socio-psychological climate in the team of younger adolescents.

The problem of the low level of drawing skill among applicants from specialized educational institutions persists for years. Weak or undeveloped drawing skills of modern schoolchildren at the level of general and additional education, in turn, delay the development of the ability to solve professional design tasks by future engineers. We face this problem of graphic training of students both at the level of secondary vocational and higher education. The aim of this article is to examine the level of students' primary graphic skills in technical drawing, to determine the importance of graphic skills in the professional design training of future light industry engineers. To achieve this purpose, we analyzed up-to-date scientific works devoted to the issues of graphic education of engineering majors. The ability to draw by hand is noted as a basic skill of professional education, characterizing the level of spatial perception of graphic objects and, in general, the level of intelligence of an engineer. Russian and foreign authors note a low level of primary graphic culture among students, but this indicator is a necessary basis for successful design training, therefore, the indicated problem requires detailed study. The relevance of this problem is confirmed by the data of our research conducted in 2020 and 2021. This is about diagnostic experiment devoted to examination of students’ primary graphic skills when they made a technical drawing of dress. The experiment was carried out on the basis of "Kirov Technological College" and "Vyatka State University". The factual material was collected by the method of criteria-evaluative testing of students. To analyze the results of the diagnostic experiment, theoretical analytical methods were used with the application of mathematical statistics methods. In addition to questioning students, a survey was conducted among college and university staff. The survey made it possible to analyze the current situation from the point of view of teachers of higher and secondary vocational education, who confirmed the problem of poor graphic training of entrants. The theoretical significance of the work is in the analysis of highly specialized literature on the research problem, the study of the experience of teachers who practically teach engineering students. A system for evaluating the technical drawing of dress in the work of first-year students was theoretically substantiated and developed. The practical significance of the article lies in the methodological material for evaluation the primary graphic skills of students, as well as in a complete review of the diagnostic experiment conducted as part of a scientific research on the topic of teaching the technical drawing of dress to future light industry specialists.
