The paper analyzes the role of irrational attitudes in shaping the subjective assessment of life quality in terms of disability. The author empirically proves irregularity of psychological ill-being of persons with disabilities in different spheres of life, analyzes the connection of irrational high self-esteem and self-obligations.
On the basis of analysis of the regulations clarify the content of the special conditions required for the training of students with disabilities in high school, disclosed the direction of content adaptation elective courses. Details considered methodological approaches to compiling AOPVO.

Today the problem of inclusion in the scope of employment and employment of people with disabilities is the most important. The paper presents the results of a study conducted among people with disabilities and professionals of Employment Center in Kemerovo. The authors raise the question of a need to prepare graduates of educational institutions to labor and organization of interaction between educational organizations and employment centers.
Modern inclusive education is increasingly aware of and positions itself as an education in which the basic are psychological and spiritual, that is, psychotechnical and axiological aspects. Тhe work shows that the necessary condition for the recovery of society is the construction of people relationships of mutual aid, mutual service, freedom and respect for the dignity, weaknesses and successes of each. Serious, essential changes in social ideas about disability, the formation of new ones and the reform of the old meanings of relations in society are needed. Only when people have a personal productive and effective experience of relationships and transformation of these relationships (at the intrapersonal, interpersonal, intergroup, etc. levels), can it be based on changing the ideas about the sick and healthy people, their “usefulness” and relationships , change research approaches to disability and its prevention and coping.
The article focuses on priority theoretical models in social work with people with disabilities. The concept of social advocacy and the forms of rendering legal assistance to disabled people are revealed. For example, the implementation of the activities of public organizations of persons with disabilities and their cooperation with the Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation is considered such a model as empowerment. The vitalistic model of social work with the disabled is revealed as a way for a person to form the desire to reproduce and fulfill life as a biosocial being.
