The article discusses effective strategies for the development of cross-cultural competence of high school students. The author proves that in the modern world this skill is becoming critically important for studying, career and social interaction. Specific methods are offered: from language immersion through joint online projects and role-playing games to critical information analysis and live communication with native speakers. It is emphasized that the formation of intercultural competence is the way to a better understanding of others and yourself.
the article contains the results of a study of the empathy ability of Russian and foreign graduate students – future university teachers, conducted as part of their development of the course «Higher School Pedagogy». Data have been obtained on the level of empathy as a professionally significant personal quality of a teacher, requiring its study in the context of the actualization of educational activities in universities, which are carried out by highly qualified teaching staff.
The article discusses the main psychological and pedagogical aspects of the development of empathy in primary school children. Several techniques for developing empathy in primary school students have been identified and described. In addition, we have analyzed various models of empathy and the influence of socio-cultural factors on the manifestation of empathy. The opinions of psychologists and scientists on the importance of developing empathy in primary school age are given.
The article presents a theoretical analysis of the problem of the relationship between emotional responsiveness and marital satisfaction in adulthood. Modern approaches to understanding marital satisfaction, the phenomenon of emotional responsiveness and its structural components are considered. Special attention is paid to modern foreign and domestic studies confirming the key role of emotional responsiveness in ensuring the stability and quality of marital relations. The contribution of such directions as attachment theory and emotionally focused therapy to the understanding of the studied phenomenon is analyzed.
The article is devoted to the study of the relationship between empathy and reflection in the professional activities of psychologists-consultants. Theoretical approaches to understanding these phenomena and their integration in counseling practice are analyzed. The cognitive, affective and behavioral components of empathic response, as well as mechanisms of reflective regulation of professional activity are considered. A methodological matrix for the development of integrative skills of empathy and reflection at various stages of professional development of specialists is presented. The necessity of a systematic approach to the formation of these competencies in the process of professional training and continuous development of psychologists-consultants is substantiated. Factors influencing the effectiveness of integration of empathic and reflective processes in therapeutic practice are identified. Directions for improving the system of professional training of specialists are proposed, taking into account modern requirements for the quality of psychological assistance.
