The main objective is the formation of an optimal and effective model of organizational culture, which would be the main lever of increase of efficiency of activity and one of the resources to achieve the financial success of the organization.

The article by M. V. Tretyakova examines the joint experience of the school and kindergarten, within the framework of cooperation. pedagogical techniques, which are based on the following principles: principles of freedom of choice, openness, activity, feedback, ideality. In the article, the author analyzes the generalized work. In her work, M.V. Tretyakova pays special attention to the results of using the described techniques in the conditions of cooperation implementation. The idea is substantiated that joint events provide younger schoolchildren with the ability to self-development and self-improvement. In general, the author comes to the conclusion that cooperation and organization of joint events of pedagogical technology in primary school contribute to the comprehensive development of students.
