The article is devoted to the problem of forming communication skills of students with intellectual disabilities, their specifics in interaction with other people. It emphasizes the importance of developing these skills for social adaptation and integration of such children into society. Means of communication skills were identified: the ability to interact, the ability to listen carefully and analyze information, the ability to clearly express their thoughts and justify their position. It also considers the use of didactic games in the classroom in auxiliary institutions in order to develop communication skills, activate speech and cognitive activity of students.
The article examines the theory and practice of developing mathematical concepts in primary school children with intellectual disabilities. The work presents theoretical aspects of developing mathematical concepts, as well as effective methods and approaches aimed at teaching mathematics in school education. Particular attention is paid to developing spatial concepts and logical thinking in children with intellectual disabilities. The results of a diagnostic study are presented to identify the level of development of mathematical concepts.

The article presents the theoretical and practical aspects of the organization of musical correctional work with children of primary school age with intellectual disabilities. The importance of the emotional and volitional sphere in the mental development of a child is revealed, and the effectiveness of music as one of the key means of correcting and developing emotional and volitional qualities is substantiated. The fundamental provisions of domestic and foreign researchers devoted to the specifics of mental processes in children with intellectual disabilities and the potential of musical art in the formation of their emotional and volitional regulation are considered. The conducted experiment is described. It is concluded that it is necessary to include music in the comprehensive support of children with intellectual disabilities and provides recommendations for further improvement of correctional work.
