The article deals with the problem of personality self-regulation. Student age is defined as a sensitive period in the formation of a system of self-regulation of activity. The role of the educational space of the university in the formation of conscious self-regulation is outlined. The results of studying the characteristics of self-regulation at the student age are presented.
Pedagogical support of the personal self-determination of future students – teachers in the process of educational activity is considered as a cultural and educational practice that is in demand in modern conditions.
The paper considers an empirical study of the features of self-regulation of students with different levels of self-esteem. After analyzing the results of the study, it was revealed that respondents with low self-esteem have low indicators on all scales of self-regulation. Respondents with an average level of self-esteem have average scores on the scales. In subjects with high and very high self-esteem, these indicators will be the highest. Thus, the results of the study suggest that students with different self-esteem have different values in terms of self-regulation.

The study of ideas about meaningful life orientations in adolescents with different levels of self-regulation is of particular relevance and significance. The data obtained will form the basis for working out training and psycho-corrective programs aimed at developing self-regulation skills and forming a system of meaningful life orientations in adolescence. The purpose of the study is to identify differences in the manifestation of life meaningfulness in adolescents with high, medium and low levels of self-regulation. In the course of the empirical study, it was found that there were differences in the characteristics of the meaning of life orientations of adolescents with different levels of self-regulation. The higher is the general level of self-regulation in adolescents, the higher is the overall index of life meaningfulness.
The article considers some problems of legal regulation of on-line trade. The absence of systematic and comprehensive regulation of relations in this sphere is noted. Attention is paid to self-regulation as a flexible and effective tool to fill gaps in the legislation. It is concluded that amendments should be made to the current legislation on state regulation of trade activities and on consumer protection.
