The semantic side of speech is a complex component of the human speech function and requires active mental work. Going through several stages of processing at the sensory, perceptual and semantic levels of perception, the speech message is eventually transferred to the sphere of intellectual activity, due to which the meaning of the statement becomes clear. The aim of the study is the implementation of speech therapy, aimed at the correction of text message semantic perception by senior preschool children with a general underdevelopment of speech. The leading research method is empirical, since the experiment involved conducting ascertaining, formative, and control stages, analyzing and summarizing them, and studying the responses of senior preschoolers. The significance of the research lies in the modification and generalization of modern ideas about the semantic perception of text by senior preschoolers with a general underdevelopment of speech. There were also identified areas of speech therapy, focused on the correction of a text message semantic perception.
In the article, the author considers positive psychotherapy as a way
reduce deviant behavior in adolescents. In the course of the experiment, the result of the influence of the method on the teenager was discovered and the words of the child were analyzed. Recommendations are given when working with this type of teenagers. The study will benefit both teenagers and their parents, as well as educators and psychologists.

The article presents the results of the correction of maladaptation of first graders through art therapy. A brief description of the phenomenon of school maladaptation is given. The main advantages of using art therapy in working with younger students are listed. Changes in the indicators «Difficulties of adaptation in the children's team» and «The formation of the cognitive sphere» as a result of the implementation of the art therapy program for first graders are proved.
