The relevance of the research is due to the need to develop the modern content of higher professional education of teaching staff, taking into account the practice-centered principle. Specialists working with families with children should have appropriate professional knowledge and skills related to the ability and readiness to provide pedagogical and psychological support to children and their families with risks of desocialization and maladaptation, as well as those in need of social services. The main reason for the emergence of such a need is usually associated with a violation of the process of personal social development, which is due to the improper implementation of the leading activity, personal losses, violation of attachment, parental alienation. The article presents the characteristics of the results of domestic and foreign studies of social development and social learning models: a model of human development (child, adult), a model of psychological and pedagogical work with a loss, attachment theory, theory of social learning. The purpose of the article is to theoretically and empirically substantiate the significance of the content core of the «Model of social development and social learning» in the main educational program in the training area 44.03.02 “Psychological and pedagogical education” and specialization profile «Family education». Analyzing the problem of studying models of social development and social learning in the content of the main educational programs of higher pedagogical education, we relied on the following scientific approaches in our study: personal, socio-cultural, salutogenic and competence-based. The main results of the study are related to the characteristics of the main educational program in the training area 44.03.02 “Psychological and pedagogical education” and specialization profile «Family education» in the context of the content core of the «Model of social development and social learning». The theoretical significance of the research lies in the fact that the results can be used in the development of the content of the main educational programs at the bachelor's (master's) level for the professional training of specialists working with socially vulnerable categories in the social sphere. Practical significance - the solution of the scientific problem to develop the content of higher professional education of teaching staff through the substantiation and introduction of modern practice-oriented content of the basic educational program for training specialists in the social sphere at the level of bachelor's degree studies. The article presents the characteristics of the experience of implementing the basic educational program for the bachelor's degree level, training area 44.03.02 - psychological and pedagogical education, «Family education» profile at the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Moscow State Pedagogical University.
The article presents the results of theoretical research aimed at the formation of students' competencies in the field of flight safety. The proposals for making changes to the curriculum are substantiated. The structural and logical scheme of the order and sequence of the study of disciplines is presented.
The article discusses the issues of training socially significant qualities in the State Budgetary Educational Institution of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) "Transport College" in accordance with the federal state educational standard, which are necessary when working in production. The role of railway transport will undoubtedly increase and will require additional equipment for the employer of JSC "Railways of Yakutia" with qualified specialists, both workers and engineering personnel. At the same time, socially significant qualities, the specifics of the future sphere of labor activity of graduates are taken into account. Since students from 33 uluses of the republic enter the technical school, including from remote and northern ones, a systematic approach to building the educational process in the specialty 23.02.01 "Organization of transportation and management in transport" shows the result of the learning process, expressed in the formation of general and professional competencies. Educational and methodological complexes of disciplines contain a work program, methodological recommendations, a calendar-thematic plan, a fund of assessment tools and provide the necessary level of training for specialists. They have shown the effectiveness of their application in the educational process. When hiring specialists, employers are guided precisely by such socially significant qualities that determine the specialist's compliance with the forthcoming work activity and take into account the formed professional competencies in the course of students' industrial and educational practices. This condition allows educational organizations to provide the educational process with the development of deeply thought-out educational and methodological documentation that meets new standards.
In the great construction of the socialist cause, only art design students who conform to the development of the times, have a correct political orientation, and have good ideological morality and professional ethics can be qualified socialist successors. Starting from the teaching status of art design major under the background of curriculum ideology and politics, analyze the necessity of integration between art design major and curriculum ideology and politics, use curriculum ideology and politics to guide professional learning, cultivate compound talents with «craftsman spirit», and dig deeper into the application Based on the ideological and political elements of the teaching of art design majors, we derive the innovative implementation strategies of art design majors under the background of curriculum ideological and political backgrounds, find a reasonable teaching channel between the two, and realize the organic «teaching» and «education».
