This article examines the specific aspects of quality management of supplemental education in the specific environment of All-Russian Children's Centers (VDCs). Key challenges associated with the short duration of educational programs, the high turnover of students, and the integration of the educational component are analyzed. The heterogeneity of the program base, the seasonal nature of activities, and the multiplicity of regional practices create difficulties in assessing educational outcomes. This leads to a fragmented educational process, insufficient consideration of children's individual needs, and an increased workload for specialists. These problems require the development of comprehensive solutions to ensure the sustainable development of the educational environment.
This article examines the role and place of artificial intelligence systems in the educational process. Cluster analysis is considered as a solution. A study is conducted of the application of cluster analysis in Russian pedagogical and psychological research. The main areas of application of cluster analysis methods are identified. These include: analysis of stable groupings formed by subjects of the educational process according to certain parameters (most often, academic results); analysis of the relationships and interactions between the individual characteristics of subjects of the educational process (e.g., goal settings or characteristics of spatial thinking and cognitive functions of students); and study of the development dynamics of certain individual or group qualities (e.g., the relationship between intelligence and academic performance of students). A conclusion is drawn about the potential of cluster analysis methods for studying the role of artificial intelligence systems in the educational process.
