This artic is devoted to the actual problem of ensuring the effectiveness of the learning process by changing the attitude to the training of both participants, the teacher and the student, using modern pedagogical technologies. It is proposed to use the technology of counter-efforts, which requires the engagement of the teacher and the student in the joint activities, to avoid the simplification of educational work and at the same time to form a creative approach to acquiring knowledge. The author emphasizes special importance of language disciplines in the formation of conscious, creative attitude to learning, which will then help in the study of physical, mathematical and technical disciplines. Special attention is paid to the role of the teacher in the organization of the educational process.
The author of the article deals with peculiarities of the forming evaluation. It is noted that according to new requirements it is necessary to use the forming evaluation that helps pupils to achieve necessary educational results, to increase their motivation for studies, to develop and improve their self-reliance and responsibility, rather than the summative evaluation, which prevails in real practice of teachers. One of the effective procedures in this kind of evaluation is home work done on their own that is estimated based on the following principles: - evaluation must be done using clear criteria; - it must be a constant process; - it helps to work out self evaluation.
The article discusses the importance of feedback for the learning process and reflection of a military university teacher - the registrar of the controlling system. The author considers various feedback sources, the analysis of which enables to compare the realities of the teacher’s interaction with the audience. The effectiveness of communication is ensured by a high level of pedagogical skill and professional and pedagogical competence, including a communicative one. The article also studies the main source of feedback, the direct communicant, which is a student or a cadet who encounters various teachers in their educational activities, the type of work of which is evaluated in the article. Analyzing the relationship, the author concludes that it is the teacher who collects information about the state of the external and internal components of the feedback, he/she becomes its direct source, an interpreter of the received data, and a facilitator in structuring relationships with students.
In the article, the author considers the concepts of "feedback" and "trust" in the context of the working environment. Attention is focused on the interaction of the head and subordinate in the situation of a pandemic. The influence of the manager's feedback on the employee's level of trust is analyzed. Recommendations for the process of providing feedback are given, which help to increase the trust of the subordinate to the manager in a situation of remote work with an increased level of anxiety.

The concept of distance education is associated with the concepts of online learning, open education and continuing education, learning with the use of online and digital technologies. Distance education is considered to be more flexible and convenient for the participants of the process, however, there are more questions than answers in the process of its implementation at the moment. The period of forced transition to distance learning has revealed common problems and formed new priorities in the development of education. One of the urgent tasks is to study the factors of ensuring the effectiveness of distance learning. The purpose of the study is to determine the elements of building an effective learning system in a distance format based on modeling of the process. The study is based on the principles of system and technological approaches. Methods of analysis and synthesis, process modeling were used in the study. The main problems in distance education at the present stage are related to: 1) technical support of the process, 2) preparedness of students and teachers for the implementation of the educational process; 3) organization of interaction in the course of process; 4) organization of control of the educational process and learning outcomes. The theoretical significance of the study is reflected in the construction of a model of the distance learning process, taking into account the identification of the main interacting subsystems (student, teacher, methodological and technical subsystems), as well as the main functions (planning, organization, motivation and control). In accordance with the proposed model, the factors that ensure the effectiveness of distance learning forms at each stage of training are determined. Distance education cannot be based on the same principles as classical full-time education. Educational institutions still face the task to work out courses in accordance with the needs and expectations of students; teachers - to integrate technology into content effectively in order to ensure the involvement and deeper learning of educational material. The practical significance of the study lies in the application of methods of planning, organization, motivation and control in the implementation of training in specific disciplines (modules) in the process of distance or mixed formats.
