The article is devoted to the problem of interpretation of poetical text in cycle of chorus of well-known Moscov composer R. Boiko. The author’s attention is first of all focused on the interaction of poetical and musical means of expression that certainly it is important for us to understand general rules of composer’s creative process, his style and mentality.

The article is devoted to the problem of speech therapy disorders formation at preschool children with ONR prosodic aspects of speech that have a negative impact on the development of other components of the speech competence of children, reduce the effectiveness of speech communication. The article analyzes the results of the conducted comprehensive experimental study.

. In this article is reported that prosody of children with disabilities is characterized by considerable under-development. The most difficult impairment of prosody is observed in case of general underdevelopment of speech. Children who have different speech pathology have similar impairment of prosody: pace, rhythm, tone of speech, pauses. However there are individual features. Suggested programme of studying prosody of children who have general underdevelopment of speech can be used for its determination.

The article deals with modern ideas about prosody in the perspective of different scientific positions. The main components of the prosodic side of speech are identified and revealed. The meaning of prosody in the communicative act is determined.

The article describes intonation constructions, which is expected to master at the initial stage of learning Russian language; it substantiates the need of teaching foreign language intonation studing the Russian language at a military university; it is encountered the difficulties that can be noteced in the practice of teaching Russian intonation; some practical recommendations are given.
