Competitiveness of an organization in modern economic conditions This article examines the content of the competitiveness of organizations in modern economic conditions, which is an important component of any company and consists in the ability to compete with other organizations for the best place in the market. In the course of the study, approaches to the interpretation of the concept of “competition”, its types and articles in the legislation in relation to it were studied, the concept of “competitiveness” and ways to improve it were analyzed, tools for improving the competitiveness of the firm were studied, and competitive market maps were presented.

In today's rapidly changing society, education plays a key role in the formation of competitive professionals. Higher education becomes a catalyst for students’ professional growth, developing their knowledge, skills and abilities. Synthesis of the model of specialist, bachelor, master on the market of products and services production implies the development of approaches to the training and use of qualified personnel in accordance with the requirements of modern economy. This includes the analysis and definition of competences required in the market, as well as the creation of educational programs aimed at their development. The main approaches to the synthesis of such models are: competence-based approach, modular approach, project approach, partnership with employers, continuing education. The effectiveness of educational programs and learning management systems in higher education institutions directly affects the quality of graduate training. The relevance of this study is due to the need to understand and improve the processes of managing the educational process, as well as training qualified personnel. The complexity of modern requirements for graduates and rapid changes in the socio-economic environment emphasize the importance of effective methods of managing educational programs and the formation of students' professional qualities. Synthesis of the specialist, bachelor, master model in the market of products and services production requires a comprehensive approach, including the development of educational programs focused on the real needs of the market, active interaction with employers and emphasis on the development of key competences. This will allow us to train highly qualified specialists capable of solving professional tasks effectively in a dynamically changing economic environment. The aim of this study is to analyze the management systems of the educational process in higher educational institutions, to identify key aspects of graduate training and to determine effective approaches to the formation and assessment of their competences. The implementation of the results of this study will make it possible to identify optimal strategies for managing the educational process and contribute to the formation of highly qualified specialists who are able to successfully adapt to the modern requirements of the labor market.
The article examines the state of the sunflower seed market and assesses the risks of financial losses for producers from unfair pricing. Market monitoring showed a sharp drop in seed prices. The market is in a state of prolonged stagnation. Wholesale buyers pursue a corporate strategy of price containment in order to satisfy their own economic interests. Manufacturers suffer financial losses, which create increased risks of unprofitable production. The introduction of export customs duties had a significant impact on the fall in market prices. A situation has developed in the sunflower seed market in which the producer bears financial losses from duties. It was concluded that the mechanism for regulating duties does not take into account the consequences for seed producers.

The article analyzes the logistics activities of the enterprise. The presence of logistical advantages in the petroleum products market allows us to occupy a leading position, which is ensured by the availability of alternative gas refueling PBA and multifunctional complexes with chargers for electric vehicles in the filling station network. Management of material and information flows is carried out through the introduction of digital technologies, which leads to a reduction in costs and an increase in the company's profits.
The article is devoted to the problems of instability of the capacity of agri-food markets. The study was conducted on statistical materials of the Nizhny Novgorod region on the state of balance of the main food resources. As a result, trends in the dynamics of annual growth rates of agri-food markets capacity in the Nizhny Novgorod region from 2002 to 2021 were highlighted. The results indicate the need to expand measures of state support for the development of agri-food markets.
