The article is devoted to the problems of mobbing manifestation in interpersonal relations. The authors analyze the concepts of "response", "perception", "mobbing", "intolerant management", "terminator management". The analysis of opposition to intolerant management is made. They offer different variants of protection against psychological attack from the simplest ones - aggression, hysteria, flight and others, and ending with more mature ones, confirming human dignity. Among the latter one can distinguish: understanding the motive for striking, seeking rational and fair in comments and accusations, active searching for a response that reduces the aggression of the attacker, refusing to attack first, assisting the attacker in stopping the fight against you, believing in the attacker's ability to give up the fight against you , interrupting scenario of exchanging kicks, proposing cooperation and partnership, protection in the situation of attacks from others, taking the victim's side in the conflict, moving to a safe place or to a place where effective help is given, physical activities of salvation type.

The problem of searching for new methods, models of university management, the role of rector in the university management system are investigated in the article. The tasks of developing trust within the university, supporting responsibility and self-organization are specified. The purpose of the article is to find ways to overcome the excessive centralization of management, alienation of managerial functions from the chairs, restoration of academic autonomy, and increasing attention to students. The causes of the negative phenomena emergence, the facts of teachers’ loss of trust to university management are analyzed. The author reveals the most typical causes of pedagogical relations destruction, expressed in the moral and psychological persecution of teachers protesting against the bureaucratization of educational process, depreciation of pedagogical values, disintegration of academic culture.

The article considers harassment as a form of discrimination in labor relations, its distinctive features and legal regulation of employees’ rights protection. The study is based on the analysis of specialized literature, Russian and foreign legislation, as well as judicial practice of national and international courts. It justifies the conclusion that it is necessary to concretize harassment criteria in normative legal acts in order to ensure the protection of the honor and dignity of a person.
