Paper is devoted to the problem of loneliness as objective and subjective situation which develops in the interaction of an individual with the social environment, and which is characterized by the space-time ("physical" loneliness), communicative, emotional, spiritual features, and by the subjective perception and experience (psychological isolation), which can have both negative and positive modality.

The author describes the problem of interpretation of the phenomenon of knowledge. A brief review of the classical interpretations of this notion in the context of the opposition to the epistemological paradigm of rationality and sensuality is given.

It should be noted that synecdoche in Kyrgyz proverbs compared to metaphor and metonymy is used as an artistic means and is realized with various semantic methods. This kind of expanded synecdoche use in Kyrgyz proverbs is analyzed in this article.

. It is noted that metonymy like metophores is also actively used in Kyrgyz proverbs. Proverbs express the generalization of some phenomena in a very brief condensed form, observing the rules of the statement with an accurate transmission of the idea. Therefore, proverbs can reflect a great idea briefly, but weighty. In such cases the role of polysemantic words is great. Metonymy is one of special ways to create such polysemy.

In the article the author considers the problem of adolescents ' perception of violence as a phenomenon. In the course of the experiment revealed emotional and cognitive aspects of the representations of adolescents about violence, a comparative analysis about the views of adolescents about violence. Practical recommendations for the organization of preventive work of teenagers are given. The study will be useful for parents, teachers and psychologists.
