The article presents an empirical study of the interaction between the family and the preschool educational institution (using the example of kindergarten No. 437 in Yekaterinburg). Through questionnaires for teachers and parents, the importance of joint work for the child’s full development was identified. The factors that facilitate and hinder partnership were analyzed, and practical measures to optimize cooperation between parents and teachers were proposed.
