This article is aimed at studying the specifics of the processes of educational sphere management within the educational organization of an educational institution. We have identified the main tasks and content of educational work, guidance and pedagogical conditions of educational work in the preschool educational institution.
The article reveals the concept of «information culture», its component composition, considers the age characteristics of older preschoolers and their consideration in the formation of the foundations of infor-mation culture, identifies sources, ways of searching and using information in preschool childhood.

This article examines the features of the development of moral feelings in children aged 5-6 years in the process of play activity. The relevance of the study is revealed. The definition and essence of moral feelings are considered. In order to study the level of formation of moral feelings in older preschoolers, a research work was carried out in MBDOU - Kindergarten "Uruyecheen" in the village of Allaga Suntarsky ulus (district). 10 children participated in the study. Pedagogical conditions for using the game as a means of developing moral feelings have been developed.
The problem of speech development in preschool children is one of the main issues in modern times. This article presents examples of exercises using mnemonics (mnemonic tables) that can help bring a child's speech to a conditionally normal level.
It is no coincidence that the use of resources in the digital educational environment is considered a priority direction in the development of the education system in modern Russia, which allows the teacher to apply the latest developments of the pedagogical community, and students to more successfully master the material being studied. The use of digital content in the field of non-formal education is especially relevant, since it is based primarily on the interests and specific needs of students. The article reveals the potential of electronic resources for the development of cognitive activity of preschool children in the non-formal education system.
