the article highlights the issues of improving the educational space in the modern University of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The author also describes the tasks of cardinal improvement of the system of higher education, radical revision of the content of training in accordance with the priorities of socio-economic development of the country, providing the necessary conditions for the training of specialists with higher education at the level of international standards.

Given article considers questions of transformation of educational process in higher educational institutions of republic Uzbekistan in the conditions of formation of digital economy. In it it is shown, that development of information-communication technologies, the innovative environment should be reflected in higher education. Innovations take root into theoretical and practical training, thereby creating conditions for improvement of professional skill of the faculty and introduction of new pedagogical technologies in educational process of high school.

In article various aspects of ensuring quality and reliability of production are considered, the main directions of the solution of this problem are revealed. It is shown that the most important problem of ensuring adequate functioning of the quality management system (QMS) is formation of the trained and professional collective. Results of researches on the analysis of staffing of QMS are given. Experience of Almaz-Antey Concern in training of experts of QMS, to creation of conditions for professional development in a workplace, support of professional and administrative growth, to creation of a personnel pool is considered. The program of professional retraining "The expert in quality management" is considered.

The results of the examination of the quality of milk of various brands sold in Smolensk are presented. The analysis of sample labeling was carried out , organoleptic evaluation and chemical methods of quality examination for the content of foreign impurities were used. It is established that all the samples under study meet the quality indicators and requirements of the regulatory and technical documentation.

Тhe article deals with the project of implementing a quality management system in a public authority. The author describes the necessary stages of development for successful certification, as well as demonstrates the positive effect of implementing a quality system.
