ART 241167
The relevance of the research presented by the authors of the article is determined by the need to solve the problem of quality control concerning additional professional programs implemented in the field of pedagogical education (hereinafter – APP). The solution to this problem was undertaken in 2023 in the Perm Region within the framework of the regional segment of the Unified Federal Support System for Teaching Staff and management personnel. The aim of the research is to substantiate the evaluation of the delayed results of the teachers’ training course within the framework of external quality control of the implemented additional professional programs. When writing the article, an analytical review of the literature with the results of research by domestic and foreign scientists was conducted, which helped the authors clarify the concepts of «quality of APP» and «delayed result». To test the materials for evaluating the delayed result of the teachers’ training course on the topic «Implementation of the requirements of the updated Federal State Educational Standards in the work of a teacher», the authors used the method of questioning 237 course students with 2 blocks of tasks: «knowledge» and «application». Primary school teachers with different qualification categories, experience and place of work («rural area»; «small», «medium» and «big» city) participated in the diagnosis. The quality of the diagnostic tasks performed by the students of the courses was 71%. Based on the results obtained, a conclusion was made about the acceptable quality of the implemented APP and recommendations for correcting its content were formulated, for example: the inclusion of practical exercises on the design of educational tasks for the development of universal learning actions among students in the content of the program; practical work on the analysis and establishment of the type of educational tasks for the formation of functional literacy of a primary school student, followed by the development of such tasks on the basis of textbooks for primary schools. The theoretical significance of the research work lies in the analysis of the essence of the phenomenon of «delayed result» of teachers’ training course in the context of their professional competences evaluation in accordance with the requirements of the Professional Standard «Teacher» (General pedagogical function. Training (code A/01.6)). The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of applying the results of the research by specialists of the system of additional professional education (hereinafter referred to as APE) to develop monitoring of the quality of training in implemented APP with the inclusion of a procedure for evaluating the «delayed results» of students. The implementation of the results of this research can be used by the APE system in order to improve the APP and the forms in which they are implemented.
ART 251103
The relevance of the problem under study is determined by the primary importance of creating such pedagogical conditions for organizing the process of teaching schoolchildren, in which the quality of their knowledge would be at a high level. At the same time, it is much more difficult to create favorable conditions in the general education system in those regions where there is a tense socio-economic situation, a lack of material security for general education, a shortage of qualified teaching staff, a methodological base and other equally important elements that make up the sum of pedagogical conditions for the development of high-quality school education in certain constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The aim of the article is to analyze the pedagogical conditions for ensuring the quality of general education in such socio-economically underdeveloped regions of Russia as the Jewish Autonomous Region, the Republic of Tuva and the Republic of Ingushetia. The leading theoretical approaches to the study of the problem are induction, deduction, idealization and abstraction. Practical methods of work are presented by analysis, synthesis, comparison, measurement and mathematical processing of statistical data. The main results of the article: the analysis of pedagogical conditions in the general education system in the Jewish Autonomous Region, the Republic of Tuva and the Republic of Ingushetia was carried out; the regions demonstrate a tendency towards deterioration of pedagogical conditions for ensuring the quality of general education; the number of students per an educator has increased by 21.98% over five years in the Jewish Autonomous Region, by 5.20% in the Republic of Tuva and by 70.30% in the Republic of Ingushetia; in the subjects under consideration, a tendency towards an increase in the number of students who received an "unsatisfactory" mark in Russian and Mathematics in the Basic State Exam is observed; a direct regression dependence was found, according to which with the deterioration of pedagogical conditions (with an increase in the workload per one educator of the school (teacher)) the number of students who received an unsatisfactory mark increases. The theoretical significance of the article is manifested in the clarification of the term "pedagogical conditions for ensuring the quality of general education". The practical significance is that the analysis made can be used by any interested parties, teaching staff and government structures of socio-economically underdeveloped regions of Russia to improve the quality of general education by creating more favorable pedagogical conditions.
The article is devoted to the study of the range of drinking yoghurts, which make up a significant share in the structure of consumption of dairy products. The author examines the structure of the yogurt assortment in the Pyaterochka supermarket, depending on the manufacturer, and highlights that the main companies are five companies with a share of more than sixty percent. In addition, the range was studied depending on volume, fat content and lactose, and assumptions were made about the further development of this market segment.
The article provides some recommendations for monitoring teaching staff’s training sessions, which will help the supervising official to qualitative-ely and compre-hensively assess the quality of yhe teacher’s various types of scheduled training sessions with students.
