In the presented article, the authors consider issues of the education quality problem relevance, the readiness of educators to ensure the quality of preschool education. They explain concepts "quality", "quality of education", "quality of preschool education", define the role of educators of a pre-school educational organization as key figures influencing the quality of education.

The article investigates the relationship between the requirements of consumers (passengers) and the parameters of the transport process of transportation in the urban passenger road transport system using the methodology of structuring the quality function (QFD).

The article proposes a model for implementing a quality management mechanism at an enterprise, describes the stages of its development and implementation. The authors outline the theoretical foundations that were taken into account in the process of forming this mechanism: a “quality loop” containing the product or service life cycle, the structure of quality management system and its functions, as well as a list of instruments that contribute to ensuring the functioning of quality management systems.

Given article considers questions of development of innovative management in the light of Government program realisation «Digital economy of the Russian Federation». In article it is shown, that formation of digital economy influences system of the organisation of management of the enterprises and the organisations, promotes population employment, quality of rendered services, economic growth and competitiveness of the country on a world scene.
