This paper describes the methods and ways of evaluating the adequacy and quality of the bank's equity capital, as well as factors that affect the bank's own capital.

The author points out the features of the post-industrial economy in the modern Russian society. In place of enterprises with tens of thousands of employees come high-performance factories with a staff of several dozen employees.
