The need for strategic planning and development of enterprises plays an important role in doing business in times of crisis and uncertainty; it is in such conditions that all the qualities of the industry (organization) are well manifested; all the weaknesses and strengths of the business become clearly visible. Such thing as competition is also important in conditions of uncertainty. The winner in the competition is the organization or business that was able to achieve high competitive advantages in conditions of uncertainty and crisis. A fight for competition is the most important goal of business, which determines the main ways of behavior of the industry (organization) in a certain period of time. Any organization has its own specific competitive development strategy. The strategy should address the most important issues of the organizations at all levels. The strategy is necessary for business to respond quickly to changes both within the industry (business environment, personnel, equipment, technological processes) and in the external environment (economic situation in the country, sanctions, etc.).

The article discusses an attempt to apply systematization of existing knowledge and techniques in the field of crisis management strategies. For the first time, an attempt has been made to apply a complex of acquired knowledge for empirical purposes, for the specific tasks of the construction industry organizations work in general, and for an enterprise of Rostov-on-Don city construction complex.
The article presents brief characteristics of the retail company «Lenta», the assessment of trading service, revealed the impact on business processes and proposed recommendations for improvement of the service, principles of the calculation of goods.
