The article describes the concept of «facilitative competence», discusses the relevance of using the facilitation approach in a military aviation university in the activities of teachers – mentors in the context of the development of professionally significant qualities of cadets, describes an experiment with determining the relationship between the level of pedagogical facilitation and the rating assessment of military professional activity of cadets.
The article reveals the relevance of the problem of socialization in modern conditions, gives the concept of socialization as a process of becoming a personality, presents the main forms and types of educational work, the results of a study to identify the level of socialization of children undergoing long-term treatment, according to the method of M.I. Rozhkov.

The game belongs to the traditional and recognized methods of teaching and upbringing. The value of this method lies in the fact that in the game activity, the teaching, developing and educational functions act in close interrelation. The game as a method of teaching organizes, develops students, expands their cognitive capabilities, educates personality.
In the article the authors consider the problems of educational work with university students. Special attention is paid to patriotic education as a priority task at all levels of language training. The role of foreign language in the process of educating students is substantiated.
This article is aimed at studying the specifics of the processes of educational sphere management within the educational organization of an educational institution. We have identified the main tasks and content of educational work, guidance and pedagogical conditions of educational work in the preschool educational institution.
