Introduction of significant changes in terms of positions on upbringing and educational work to the Federal Law "On Education in the Russian Federation" dated December 29, 2012 No. 273-FL in 2020 actualize mass educational work, including vocational education. Such significant changes at the government level are practically the first massive ones since the 90s, taking into account the Law on Education, which was in force in those years, in which there were no positions on upbringing. The article provides an analysis of the domestic and foreign experience of student self-government, reveals the main factors of motivating the younger generation for voluntary activities of the head of the student association. From the point of view of psychology and pedagogy of vocational education, educational work at a university differs significantly from the well-known approaches and practices in school education. One of the differences is the work of student associations as subjects of such activities. With a large practice of university work with student associations, this activity in universities is not always effective in the upbringing aspect. The student association itself often does not have information and competences for building its activity in a modern university, including its target, content and technological positions. The work of the authors is aimed at identifying the grounds for designing the effective activity of a student association at a university in order to develop the subjective position of students in relation to the university and their own educational activity. The article proposes the ideas for the effective work of the student association, its content and characteristics. The formation of the student's subjective position in relation to their own education is presented by the authors as one of the ideas for the work of such an association. The application of the presented ideas in the practice of modern upbringing work of the university contributes to the achievement of mutual satisfaction of the interests of the university and members of student associations. The methodological basis of the work is the systemic, axiological, activity-oriented, competence-based approaches. The significance of the ideas presented lies in the possibility of their practical application in the work of student associations.
This article examines the psychological conditions that affect the realistic perception of psychological students about their character. The main tool of formation will be self-knowledge. The main psychological conditions for the formation of realistic self-images are based on the development of communicative activity, through cognitive activity and the stimulation of reflexive activity.

One of the urgent problems of Russian higher pedagogical education is the need for its individualization as a way to increase students' motivation to master universal, general professional and specific professional competences. According to the author of the article, the solution of this complex problem is associated with the development of individual educational plans of an advanced nature and the design of individual educational trajectories (IET) on their basis, implementing the educational potential of students' independent work, the opportunities of cooperation pedagogy and taking into account the inclinations and interests of students in learning to cope with different types and tasks of pedagogical activity. The goal is to present the author's model of designing individual educational trajectories of students – future teachers of preschool organizations, providing for the use of distance educational technologies in organizing students' independent work. Based on the analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature, this model takes into account methodological approaches: competence-based, systemic, personality-oriented and qualimetric ones, which makes it possible to design and implement IET principles of professional orientation, motivation, self-organization and advanced training., The method of pedagogical qualimetry was chosen as the main research means – a group expert assessment, which allows us to algorithmize the assessment and measurement procedures. The method of modeling and design is also involved. A model for designing individual educational trajectories of students – future teachers of preschool organizations on the basis of individual curricula in cooperation with teachers is proposed. The design of this model is described in detail to create organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation and development of universal, general professional and specific professional competences, taking into account the personal interests and needs of students, that differs from most others, which also help monitor the quality of the educational process. The research materials can be useful to the administration and academic staff of universities in organizing the educational process according to individual educational trajectories. IET design can be used with appropriate adaptation in the system of retraining and advanced training of teachers of preschool organizations.

One of the most important tasks of modern education in a rapidly changing socio-cultural environment is the formation of a creative person who can actively interact in society, find optimal solutions in difficult situations, show flexibility and mobility in the system of social relations, taking into account the established sociocultural norms, be able to critically evaluate them, make constructive proposals for their development and improvement. In this regard, the problem of the formation of social competence of primary school students becomes especially urgent. Game modeling is an effective means of involving students in solving social problems, immersion in an artificially created, safe environment that simulates social reality. The relevance of the research presented in the article is due to the need for primary school teachers to clarify the pedagogical conditions for using game modeling in the primary school classroom as a way to develop the social competence of primary school students. The purpose of the article is to describe the results of a natural pedagogical experiment on the formation of social competence of primary school students by means of game modeling. The theoretical significance of the study lies in the fact that the authors identified, substantiated and structured in their work the pedagogical conditions for the use of game modeling as a way of developing social competence and correlated its stages and methods with being formed social competences of primary school students. The practical significance of the study is due to the development of teaching materials, description of the practical use of the game constructor in the primary school classroom, compiled in accordance with the level of student involvement in the modeling process. The research results are of practical interest: primary school teachers can use in their work such materials as a technological map of a lesson based on game modeling; a set of lessons using game modeling on the topic “Surrounding world” ( grade 2, A.A. Pleshakov FSES EMC “School of Russia”), card index of games, game constructor, compiled in accordance with the level of student involvement in the process of modeling the game. The results obtained in the course of the research can be used in the development of teaching aids and didactic materials for primary school.
