The relevance of the problem under study is determined by the fact that in the light of current trends over the past decades in the training of engineering personnel, the pretentious gaps between the need to meet the modern requirements of employers and society and the need for professional self-realization of engineers, which is determined by their ability to work in difficult conditions with insufficient resources, as well as by creative ideas, the ability to make non-standard and effective decisions, using the means of both native and foreign languages. The aim of the study is to present the didactic aspect of the implementation of creatively-oriented teaching model of oral professional communication to engineering students in practical foreign Language classes. Using the method of theoretical analysis, the blocks of the model of creatively-oriented teaching of oral professional communication to engineering students in practical foreign language classes were determined. Particular attention is paid to the presentation of key information about the most universal and effective methods, creativity techniques and artificial intelligence tools through the prism of teaching oral professional communication to engineering students in practical classes in the discipline “Foreign Language”. The scientific novelty lies in the fact that a model of creatively oriented teaching of oral professional communication to engineering students in practical foreign language classes has been proposed and implemented using technology for developing the creative potential of engineering students by means of artificial intelligence tools in the context of university education. A set of pedagogical conditions is considered that can contribute to the development of the creative potential of engineering students trained with artificial intelligence tools (a focus is on mastering a range of special techniques ranked by level of complexity, techniques for developing critical, radiant, creative thinking for solving professional problems; student’s ability to gain a resourceful condition; ability to transform a problem into tasks; ability to convey information to the querent, etc.). A model of creatively-oriented teaching of oral professional communication to engineering students during practical classes in the discipline “Foreign Language” is presented.
Within the framework of this study, the problems and prospects of inter-municipal cooperation in the context of the development of the Arctic zone of the Republic of Karelia are considered. The organizational and economic aspect of this topic is the main focus of this study. Based on this, one of the main objectives of this study is to identify the reasons that hinder effective inter-municipal interaction in the Arctic zone of the Republic of Karelia. It is important to take into account organizational aspects, such as the improvement of the management system and coordination of the activities of municipalities, as well as the development of partnership between them. Inter-municipal interaction, under these conditions, will be accompanied by the creation of a new spatial and organizational system, which should become the object of the regional economic policy of the Republic of Karelia, focused on the implementation of the development strategy of its Arctic territories. In this article, the author presents possible ways to include municipal.
The issues related to the creation of a model of a single-phase electric energy receiver are considered. The replacement circuit of the electric energy receiver is given. It is proposed to obtain the parameters of the substitution circuit by analyzing experimentally obtained instantaneous values of currents and voltages in the form of a harmonic series. An algorithm for calculating the parameters of the substitution scheme is given.

The relevance of the study is due to the need to develop the competence among cadets of military higher education institution in applying modeling in their professional activities, because the fact is that at the current stage of of the Russian armed forces development, formalized methods of information processing and modeling are increasingly used. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the essence, structure, content of the competence of applying modeling in professional activities of military higher education institution cadets, to determine the criteria and indicators of the level of formation of this competence components. The works of Russian and foreign researchers, referred to the concepts of model, modeling, modeling in military affairs, competency, competence, cadet competence, works in the field of training cadets and officers to apply modeling served as the theoretical basis of the study. The methodological basis of the study is a systems approach based on the consideration of an object as a system (in our case, such an object is the concept of "modeling competence"). This approach allowed to define the concept of "competence in applying modeling in professional activities by cadets of military universities" based on the analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature and the activities of officers in the field of applying modeling in professional activities, the principles of integrity, hierarchy, and consistency. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the fact that, based on the analysis of the concepts of "model", "modeling", "modeling in military affairs", "competency", "competence", "officer competence", "cadet competence", as well as studying the activities of officers in modeling and practical application of models in professional activities, a definition of the competence of applying modeling is given, its essence and structural composition are revealed, and the indicators of the formation of competence components by levels (low, sufficient, advanced) are described. The theoretical significance of the article lies in the expansion by the authors of scientific ideas about the competence of applying modeling in professional activities among cadets of military universities. The results of the study can be used by teachers of military universities of the Russian Federation in practical activities in the process of building up the military-professional competence of cadets.

The relevance of the problem under research is related to the study of the conditions for the development of confident behavior among students of psychological and pedagogical specialties. Analysis of literature defines confidence as a multidimensional characteristic, which is determined by the reciprocity and interdependence of all components. The aim of the study is to determine the factors of developing confident behavior among students – future teachers, psychologists, to evaluate the effectiveness of the model of confident behavior formation in a group of students. The theoretical and methodological basis of the work was built on the key principles and provisions formulated by leading domestic and foreign scientists in a systemic, activity-based approach. Research methods: theoretical (study and analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature on the problem of research; analysis, generalization and systematization of information); empirical (testing); methods of quantitative and qualitative analysis. In total, 128 students of TSPU who studied in the area of training 44.03.02 “Psychological and pedagogical education” took part in the study. The following methods were used to diagnose the components of confident behavior of students: "Self–confidence test" by Romek V.G., "Scale of personal and situational anxiety" by Ch.D. Spielberg – Y.L. Khanin, "Questionnaire of social anxiety and social phobia" by Sagalakova O.A. and Truevtsev D.V., "Method of determining self-esteem" by Dembo-Rubinstein T.V., "Kettell's Standard multifactorial personality questionnaire 16PF" form A/V Raymond Kettell (adaptation by V. I. Pokhilko, A.S. Soloveitchik, A.G. Shmelev). The model of developing confident behavior in preservice teachers and psychologists is based on the ideas of cognitive behavioral psychotherapy as an approach that works most effectively with behavior. After the implementation of the formative stage, positive dynamics was noted in the sample for each component presented in the model, which allows us to conclude that the model has shown its effectiveness. Theoretical significance – scientific ideas about the development of confident behavior among students have been clarified, supplemented and systematized; the specific features of developing confident behavior in future teachers and psychologists are identified and described. Practical significance – the proposed model for the development of confident behavior among students – future teachers, psychologists can be used by curators of academic groups responsible for internship and employment of university graduates.
