This article is devoted to the problem of awareness of every individual prospects for the development, for the life of self-realization and professional self-determination as well as the issues of forming ability to adequately and the dynamic contact with the outside world and with other people. The author touched upon the aspect of the formation of tolerance in the professional foreign language communication among students of economic profile in connection with the importance for effective professional activity. The author analyzed the means of formation and development of tolerant of professional foreign language communication with the use of video games which could affect the willingness of young specialists to the solution of professional tasks in the world economic community.

The article aims at providing language learners with the appropriate level of communicative and professional competence through efficient strategies of using authentic teaching aids. The methods of forming discoursive competence, professional and communicative language acquisition are considered in two types of discourse: agricultural and military ones. Both agricultural subject matter and professional issues of the military are treated from the professional point of view in order to enable students to effectively communicate with their foreign counterparts in English.
The article deals with improving the efficiency of professional business communication students of economics. The technique of cross-cultural business games. An example of cross-cultural business game.
The paper presents criteria for students’ intercultural communicative competence formation. The stages of practice-oriented method of teaching foreign languages at non-linguistic institutions of higher education are presented. A system of exercises and the technology of business role-plays, aimed at training professional communication are provided.

The authors of the article study the importance of professional communication and certain aspects of J.P. lawyers’ personality for their professional activities success. Also, the article presents the results of an empirical study of J.P. lawyers’ personality psychological aspects, important for their professional communication.
