Currently, everything innovative very quickly becomes traditional, and traditional ways of solving problems are adapted to modern realities. Storytelling is an ancient skill that has evolved over the centuries and it has been updated by technology. In the educational process, stories occupy a special place, which researchers pay great attention to, but not all teachers use storytelling in teaching practice, due to the fact that a good story requires a creative approach. The aim of this article is to study and analyze the literature of domestic and foreign authors who study aspects of storytelling in various fields of activity, including education, as well as to identify storytelling methods and techniques in the professional training of future managers. The study used theoretical and empirical methods such as analysis and comparison. Analysis of the literature allowed us to consider storytelling techniques in different fields, from politics to the restaurant business. And in every field, storytelling is used for the same purposes – to convey information, form listeners’ opinions about a problem, and call for action. All these goals are related to the goals of education, according to which there is a need to identify methods and techniques of storytelling in education. As a result of the study, the main methods of storytelling in education were defined, which include “Hero’s path”, “False start”, “Main event”, “Similar ideas”, “Circles on the water”, “Sparkline”, “Petals”. Each of the listed techniques is applicable in teaching practice and can be adapted to any topic being studied. The pedagogical storytelling techniques include analogy, surprise, environment, anaphora and metaphor, emotionality and vivid elements. Moreover, these techniques can be used both in textual and oral storytelling. Based on the analysis, we can talk about the advantages of using storytelling in teaching practice. The theoretical significance of the study lies in the analysis of the works of domestic and foreign authors studying aspects of storytelling in various fields of activity, including education. The practical significance of the study is represented by the identification of techniques and methods of pedagogical storytelling, which can be adapted and applied in both theoretical and practical professional training of future managers.
The article considers the features of training cadets of a flight university, substantiates the importance of using computer modeling in mastering the disciplines of the aerodynamic cycle in order to increase the effectiveness of the formation of professional competencies of future military pilots, provides examples of computer modeling of the aerodynamics of the main rotor (NV) in axial flow.
The article discusses some aspects of the presentation of the topic “Improving the training of foreign military personnel taking into account ethnocultural development.” An analysis of the training of foreign military personnel was carried out with a distinctive feature of the teachers’ approach to the selection of material, taking into account sociocultural and linguistic factors.
Interaction with employers is a necessary condition in personnel training. The article describes the experience of working in the training of personnel for the preschool edu-cation system in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), where direct employers participate in the development of OPOP, in the implementation of the program and in the evaluation. Tracking professional development after graduation is also the result of the work of the college’s teaching staff.

One of the components of professional training at the university is the formation of socio-cultural values among future teachers: the values of a person as a free and self-sufficient personality; the values of the culture of communication and relationships; the values of the formation of a common culture of personality and activity; the values of socio-cultural upbringing, education and moral culture of personality. The formation of the above-mentioned values is significant in the work of a teacher with students, including those with disabilities, in conditions of special and inclusive education. The aim of the article is to analyze the factors and determine the conditions for the formation of socio–cultural values among future teachers for the system of special and inclusive education. The article presents an analysis of current theoretical and practical research in the field of formation of socio-cultural values in the process of professional training of preservice teachers for the system of special and inclusive education. The leading methods of studying the problem were the method of expert assessment and the method of analytical processing of information. The authors of the article, based on the analysis of scientific works by teachers-researchers, identified factors (mediation of changes in education by the socio-cultural values, transformation of the socio-cultural environment and socio-cultural risks, the potential of the socio-cultural environment of the university, multiculturalism of the educational space) and conditions (building an educational trajectory with the inclusion of elective disciplines and courses in the curriculum using problem situations and cases; the inclusion of preservice teachers of special and inclusive education in socially significant volunteer activities) for the formation of socio-cultural values among future teachers of special and inclusive education. The theoretical significance of the research is in identifying the factors of formation of socio-cultural values among future teachers of special and inclusive education and expanding approaches to their application in the process of vocational training. The practical significance lies in the development and implementation of conditions for the formation of socio-cultural values in the professional training of future teachers of special and inclusive education.
