The paper deals with the problems of future teachers of history professional training to ethnic and cultural activities in the South Ukraine.

Practical training of future Masters in technology education in the process of their professional training in higher educational institutions has been revealed in the paper. The paper describes the peculiarities of high school teachers’ practical training; aim, tasks and structure of assistant practice as a form of educational process of are described.

The paper deals with students' professional-pedagogical culture formation in the system of professional physical culture education as the totality of possibilities of content, form, methods, pedagogical means and materially-spatial environment of higher education institutions. The author defines the characteristic of distinguished conditions as definite, relatively independent level of methodical bases of students' professional-pedagogical culture formation in the process of professional training.

The paper presents the author’s social algorithm of work with innovation, which represents the approved complex of stages including works on search and development, adaptation, implementation and use of innovations, which consists in optimization of the specified processes, in their coordination with various structural components of social system to increase efficiency and effectiveness of innovative activity of industrial enterprise. The publication is supported by RGNF (the scientific project No. 16-13-63003).

The article is devoted to the training of bachelor students. Changes in requirements for technology teacher necessitate the correction of his training content implementation existing models. The work highlights some aspects of technology teacher professional training content integration to implement the process of development in student’s knowledge and skills concerning technological processing of structural materials.
