The article deals with the problem of adaptation of first grade pupils to the conditions of educational activity. The author reveals the essence of the adaptation process, approaches to the mechanism of adaptation, the reasons leading to the maladaptation processes of a first-grader. The article presents the results of an empirical study, which shows the dynamics of the process of adaptation of first-graders to the conditions of educational activity and provides recommendations.
This article explores the importance of developing social skills in preschool age. Research is being carried out, as a result of which it is necessary to increase the level of development of social skills of older preschoolers. On the basis of the studied literature, game exercises are selected and developed to improve the results.
