Summary. Article is devoted to a problem of formation of tolerance actual today to uncertainty in the course of professional self-determination of seniors. Definitions of concepts are considered: tolerance, tolerance to uncertainty, modeling, "a tree is more whole". Relying on results of theoretical research, the tree is simulated "Is more whole" than formation of tolerance to uncertainty in the course of professional self-determination of seniors.

The paper discusses the impact of social attitudes to development adolescents’ tolerant attitude towards people with disabilities. It clarifies the essence of the concepts of "tolerance", "intolerance". Attention is drawn to the importance of adolescence in developing positive personality traits.
The article deals with the problem of tolerant attitude formation. The content analysis of "tolerance" reveals its basic components: general features of tolerance. This article determines the aim and the basic principle of tolerant attitude. This means that further evolution of society and its cooperation may be kept only in conditions of representatives of different cultures’ dialogue, who would be able understand and appreciate different culture as their own one. The education of foreign students to appreciate friendliness, and other people without regard to their national, social o religious identity, without regard to their opinion, world-view, or mode of behavior – all these help to build a healthy society, which in its turn is the main task of tolerant attitude. All these are the components of evolution of tolerance at the pedagogical university.
The approaches to the definitions of the notion “inclusive culture” are presented. The methods of the formation of preschool and school children’ tolerant attitude to people with special needs are given.
In modern society the problem of tolerant and intolerant relations among people of different ages is becoming more urgent. Keeping oneself under control in different situations reflects favorably on the individual and on the other conversationalist. The main goal of our study is in the different approach of studying the relations of emotional-willing characteristics of personality and level of communicative tolerance among students. The ability to understand and to control one’s emotions helps/lets to increase the level of communicative tolerance of the personality.
