The article presents the results of an international (Russian-Latvian) study of professional identity of a modern high school teacher for several structural components: the philosophy of the profession, professional knowledge and skills, professional roles, professional attitude to work, relationships with colleagues, behavior, social inclusion, resilience / adaptability, tolerance.
