The article reveals education individualization and differentiation issues aimed at creating conditions for students’ individual abilities development, for activating their self-development, improving academic results and deepening knowledge, and expanding the learning abilities of each student. On the basis of psychological and pedagogical literature theoretical analysis, the essence of the concepts "differentiation of teaching" and "individualization of teaching" was specified. Using the example of information technologies course studying, the authors reveal the forms and means they used to implement an individual approach in teaching.

The article is devoted to family relations. Divorce is considered as a non-normative family crisis, the main causes of family conflicts are analyzed. The author says about the advisability of psychological counseling for the family in the period of non-normative family crises; provides a variety of methods for solving family crisis. One problem may have different solutions; therefore, an individual approach to family counseling is necessary, taking into account the characteristics of the family.
Тhe article examines the essence of new needs and requests of modern consumers, the criteria for their choice; the content of the latest trends in consumer behavior: individualization of consumption, the desire for rational consumption, the development of online Commerce, the desire to buy environmentally friendly products and a healthy lifestyle; the main directions of marketing activities that respond to the challenges of the modern sales market.
In the article, the author describes and analyzes her experience in conducting cooking workshops for people with developmental and intellectual disabilities through distance education technologies. The author provides statistical data on the effectiveness of distance education, and also describes the difficulties and successes of her work. In conclusion, the author raises problems in distance teaching – learning and suggests solutions.
