In an era of rapid social and state development and modernization of the legal system, the issue of quality in modern legal education has become increasingly important. Thus, legal education and the development of professional skills of future specialists play a fundamental role in the formation of a civil society. Therefore, the relevance of this study is determined by the need to adapt the legal education system to the modern requirements of society and the labor market, as well as by the need to train highly qualified legal professionals. The aim of this study is to develop an innovative legal education model that goes beyond simply transferring theoretical knowledge and instead fosters a comprehensive understanding of the law, analytical abilities, and professional competence among students. This model is based on a holistic approach that combines dialectical thinking, system analysis, and practical orientation. It is based on a synthesis of generally accepted scientific methods and specialized research tools, including processes of cognition that move from the particular to the general and vice versa, as well as the creation of educational models. Integration of various scientific fields plays a significant role, allowing us to combine the achievements of pedagogical science, psychological theory, law, and modern information technology into a unified educational system. The conducted research has allowed us to form a comprehensive model for legal education development based on a harmonious combination of traditional and modern practices. During the course of the work, we identified key directions for reshaping the educational process, with a focus on enhancing its practicality, incorporating digital technologies, and fostering cross-disciplinary collaboration. The scientific significance of the research lies in enriching the methodological foundation of legal education and developing innovative approaches to educational organization. The results have significant practical potential, which could be realized through improvements to the legal education system, enhancing the effectiveness of professional training, and promoting legal culture development in society. The practical significance of this work lies in the potential for implementing the developed recommendations in law school curricula, thereby improving the quality of legal training and ensuring the competitiveness of graduates in the job market. The potential for future research lies in testing the proposed model in an educational setting, monitoring its effectiveness, and making adjustments based on the findings.
This article examines the application of educational robotics and digital technologies in the classroom and in extracurricular activities. The main attention is paid to the forms of organization of educational activities and methods of work using the Robotics resource and its combination with digital and engineering directions. The applied possibilities of the educational field «Robotics» and its connection and benefits in the study of school subjects are revealed. The article contains examples of children's projects carried out using modern digital technologies and with integration with the subjects of the school curriculum.

The relevance of the study is determined by employers' demands for the quality of professional training of university graduates, which means having a set of specialized knowledge and skills, as well as personal and socio-psychological qualities. Foreign language education of students majoring in economics and management is aimed not only at developing professional foreign-language communicative skills but also at developing social skills, such as initiative, proactivity, flexibility, adaptability, creativity, entrepreneurship, responsibility and the other qualities required by the innovative economy. The aim of the study is to consider the pedagogical conditions for the development of cross-curricular competences of future economists by means of foreign language education at university. The study was based on the following methodological approaches: student-centered, subject-to-subject, and systemic activity-oriented approaches with the implementation of the principle of active learning of a foreign language, as well as the principles of problem-based and contextual learning of the studied language. Role playing games, mind mapping, project-based work, discussions, creative tasks, essays and reflective methods were used as the tools for developing the soft skills of the students majoring in the area of training 38.03.01 Economics (specialization «Finance, Credit and Accounting») and 38.03.02 Management (specialization «Financial Management») at the Institute of Economics and Law of Petrozavodsk State University within the framework of the Foreign Language discipline. The diagnosis was carried out through input, current and output control, expert assessment of the argumentation and content of the final group discussions, and self-reflection of students. The results of the study confirm the necessity of active practical learning of a foreign language that involves intensive thinking, communication, and collaboration to develop the social skills of preservice financial management professionals. The theoretical significance of the study lies in substantiating the need to develop cross-curricular competences of economics students through foreign language education at a university. The practical significance of the study lies in the development of a set of pedagogical conditions for the manifestation and development of critical thinking, emotional intelligence, verbal communication and interaction, creativity, flexibility, initiative and other soft skills of future economists in the process of learning a foreign language at a university.

The article is devoted to the organization of practice-oriented learning in mathematics lessons in grades 5–11. It provides a description of the author's development «Mathematical Discoveries on the Streets of Old Vyatka» in the form of a workbook with tasks based on real cultural heritage sites in Kirov. The article demonstrates the potential of using digital tools to create handouts. The practical aspect of the article includes a description of the practice-oriented task "»Breathing of the Ages: From Merchant Mansions to High-Rise Buildings», which aims to analyze the relationship between air quality and the geometry of rooms.
The article addresses the problem of training advertising students for promoting company services on the Internet in the context of digital transformation of marketing communications. The relevance of the study is determined by the gap between classical academic education, focused on the fundamental foundations of communication theory, and the operational needs of business, which requires specialists proficient in specific digital tools, end-to-end analytics methods, and capable of managing advertising budgets. Based on the analysis of scientific literature and the generalization of pedagogical experience implemented at the Institute of History, Philosophy and Political Sciences of Ryazan State University named after S. A. Yesenin in the field of study 42.03.01 «Advertising and Public Relations,» the authors identify four key competency blocks of a modern Internet marketer: analytical, media-creative, instrumental (tactical), as well as a block of soft skills and managerial skills. The article substantiates a system of teaching methods that ensures the integration of theory and practice, including the project-based approach (working with real cases of local businesses), the use of simulators and trainers, laboratory analytics (analyzing anonymized data from partner companies), and mentoring with the involvement of practicing marketers. It is concluded that the comprehensive application of these methods makes it possible to develop in students the professional competencies demanded by the market when promoting services in the digital environment.
