The relevance of legal education, upbringing, as well as the formation of legal literacy is unambiguous in our days. The availability of legal knowledge for each individual is the main condition for a safe and comfortable human existence in society. An important thing in the psychological development of a child is the assimilation of norms and rules of behavior in society and understanding of their value and necessity. The formation of legal literacy among primary school students is an integral part of the educational process and social development. An analysis of publications on the topic under study shows that this issue is being considered by both Russian and foreign researchers. At the same time, the issue of legal literacy formation among primary school students is not clearly reflected, and the the system of work in this area is regulated incompletely. In connection with these circumstances, the purpose of this article is to present the concept of legal literacy formation among primary school students, which is the basis for the development of effective technologies, programs and techniques. The objectives of the research are: analysis of domestic and foreign literature in the field of legal literacy; characteristics of methodological approaches to the formation of legal literacy of primary school students; substantiation of the specific features of the concept of legal literacy formation among primary school students. The leading research methods are: theoretical methods - a retrospective analysis that allowed us to reveal the essence and specifics of legal literacy, methodological approaches to its study available in the psychological and pedagogical literature. The main result of the article is the development of a concept for the formation of legal literacy among primary school students based on the analysis of scientific research in this field. The theoretical significance of the article consists in the analysis of the main theoretical approaches to the formation of legal literacy in primary school students and the development of the concept for the formation of legal literacy in primary school students, which can be used in the practical work of teachers and specialists in the field of education. The results of the research and the developed concept provide the basis for the development of effective technologies, programs and techniques aimed at the formation of the legal competence among primary school students.

Primary school students with severe and multiple developmental disorders have limited vocabulary, inaccuracy in the use of words, as well as a large gap between active and passive vocabulary. One of the most important tasks of correctional work with such children is the development of vocabulary. In this regard, the aim of this article was formulated, which is to conduct a study to identify the characteristics of the vocabulary of this category of students. A quantitative and qualitative analysis of the diagnostic results was made. The prevalence and symptoms of vocabulary disorders in primary school students with severe and multiple developmental problems are described.

The relevance of the study is determined, on the one hand, by the provisions of the Federal Law "On Education in the Russian Federation" in terms of the focus of primary general education on the formation of positive motivation in learning activitiy, the Federal State Educational Standard of Primary General Education on the formation of personal results associated with the manifestation of cognitive interest as a component of learning motivation in general and in Russian language lessons in particular. On the other hand, by the need to either revise the existing methods and techniques for developing learning motivation in Russian language lessons, or work out new ones that take into account the peculiarities of the mental processes of modern primary school students, their interest in modern information and communication technologies. The purpose of the study is to identify pedagogical conditions for the development of learning motivation in Russian language lessons in the second grade in the process of using a web quest. General logical methods (analysis, deduction, generalization) and empirical research methods were used. The works of domestic and foreign researchers on the problems of developing learning motivation, applying information and communication technologies in the pedagogical process, developing theoretical and practical aspects of web-quest use in Russian language lessons in primary school served as the methodological basis of the study. The main result of the article is generalization of information devoted to development of learning motivation in Russian language lessons in primary school. Particular attention is paid to application of web-quest as an effective means of learning motivation development. Different approaches to the concept of "web-quest", its structure, pedagogical conditions of application in Russian language lessons in primary school are considered, the results of creation of web-quest and its implementation in the educational process in the second grade are presented. The theoretical significance of the study is presented by the results that expand the understanding of pedagogical conditions necessary for learning motivation development of primary school students in Russian language lessons, an attempt to systematize knowledge about web-quest as a means of teaching. The practical significance of the study consists in the development and testing of a web quest as one of the means of developing the learning motivation of second-graders in Russian language lessons. The obtained practical results can be used by researchers for further study of the problem of developing learning motivation in Russian language lessons and searching for new methods of its solution, as well as by primary school teachers for use in the educational process in order to increase learning motivation in Russian language lessons.
In the course of the study, a methodology was developed and tested for the development of physical fitness of children with moderate mental retardation in an aquatic environment. The article describes the relevance, purpose, objectives of our methodology, the methods by which these tasks and results were solved.
This article is devoted to the problem of educating second graders to take care of plants in project activities. The authors note that this aspect has not been sufficiently developed in the field of environmental education. Based on the analysis of scientific, educational and methodological literature, the article defines the pedagogical conditions for educating younger schoolchildren to take care of plants in an environmental project. The theoretical information is supported by the results of a pedagogical experiment, which allowed the authors to draw conclusions about the effectiveness of educating second graders to take care of plants in the ecological project "My Tree".
