This article discusses the concept of professional ethics, the principles and requirements of the Code of Ethics of Professional Accountants developed by the International Federation of Accountants (IFB), the structure of the Code of Professional Ethics of the members of the NP IPB of Russia, as well as the main aspects of the professional activity of an accountant.

The article deals with the issues of psychological well-being of modern students. The approaches of different authors to the consideration of the concept of "psychological well-being", its origin, content, structural components are described, the functions of psychological well-being are analyzed. The concept of forming a rating assessment of the professional activity of cadets-military pilots is based on functional, modular, system-structural, personal-activity approaches. The expediency of using quantitative assessment methods to determine the quality of cadets, their ranking and stimulation of activities are confirmed by the results of experimental work.
