The paper deals with the problems of readiness formation of future primary school teachers to the profession on the basis of competence-based approach in terms of university complexes. Teaching experience shows that the educational process in the modern university has a lot of opportunities to solve problems that concern our experts. However, these opportunities are not used fully, in particular, the contradictions that we have analyzed in this study. The general idea of the competency approach is adequately oriented education, which aims to complete the assimilation of knowledge and methods of practice, through which people successfully fulfills itself in different areas of their life. Therefore, in the paper we have analyzed the concept of "approach" in general, and scientific understanding, as well as the concept of "competence", "educational competence”. Identified and some of the key competencies. The article reveals the principles and objectives of the formation of professional competence of future specialists of primary education. The effectiveness of the training process of the future elementary school teacher in the context of the competence-based approach in the training of speed will depend on the completeness of the implementation of all its components. Therefore, we have identified specific ways of readiness for future elementary school teachers to the profession that is based on competence-based approach. It is also noted that the training of the future teacher competency-based approach should provide for the formation of his professional competence by the progressive development, formation and the formation of its levels (key, basic, special) as a result of specialized training of future teachers.

The paper describes the forms of interaction between the chair of Technology and Methods of Technology Teaching in Vyatka State University of Humanities and representatives of light industry enterprises of the region in training students with major “Design of light industry”.

In this work the theoretical aspect of concept creative competence of the teacher of initial classes is con-sidered. The purpose of work is detection of creative competence of teachers of initial classes.
