The paper attempts to identify the specific features of psychological and subjective well-being among women with different work experience. The novelty lies in the identification of the internship dynamics of the components of well-being. In particular: for women with up to 5 years of experience, psychological well–being is associated with a positive attitude towards others and personal growth; for women with 5-15 years of experience, self–acceptance and involvement in professional activities; for women with more than 15 years of experience, satisfaction of social contact needs. To this end, a study was conducted, the results of which showed that women with different work experience have psychological well-being characteristics that depend on their professional experience.

The article is devoted to the study of the influence of the family environment on characterological accentuation in older adolescents (senior school age). An empirical study was conducted on a sample of 60 adolescents, divided into experimental and control groups. A correctional and developmental program is proposed, including the stages of diagnosis, psycho-education, communication training and family psychotherapy. The results of the pre- and post-correction stages are presented. The importance of family support and harmonious relationships in preventing maladaptive accentuations of adolescents is discussed.

The relevance of the topic is determined by the need to study the psychological mechanisms that enable individuals to maintain resilience under conditions of stress and uncertainty. The aim of the article is to examine resilience as a key factor influencing the effectiveness of coping strategies in overcoming life difficulties. The article provides a theoretical and analytical review of contemporary research in the field of coping psychology, highlighting the relationships between levels of resilience and the choice of coping strategies. Particular attention is given to the role of cognitive attitudes, motivational components, and personal resources. The article also outlines practical applications of the findings in psychological prevention and correction.

The relevance of the study lies in the growing interest in self-esteem and self-compassion as important components of psychological well-being of an individual, since their relationship opens up new prospects for supporting students' mental health in the context of the educational process and personal development. The aim of the article is to analyze the characteristics of self-esteem and self-compassion in students using experimental testing. It was revealed that the experimental impact using the "Loving Kindness Meditation" technique (K. Neff) has a statistically significant effect on the scales of the concept "Self-Compassion", namely "Self-Kindness" and "Mindfulness".
