The process of globalization is one of the most important factors influencing the formation of family roles in modern society. Ethnic peculiarities of the various peoples and their identities are under threat today. In today's world, people are trying to impose a particular model as the only true, calling the process of globalization as an objective. Features globalization manifested in the fact that social processes in one part of the world to a greater extent determined by what happens in all other parts of it. In the process of globalization is a compression of space, time pressed, geographical and national boundaries are becoming increasingly blurred and easily surmountable. It increases the intensity of the circulation of people and capital, goods and services, as well as information on the entire planet. From a scientific point of view, globalization is a "term to describe the situation changes in all aspects of society, influenced by the global trend toward interdependence and openness. The engine of globalization are modern capitalism, understood as a phase of human history and how a certain carrier (neoliberal) geopolitical and political program "[1]. Due to the impact of globalization on the Russian society, the relevance of studying the institution of the family and its social role is determined by profound changes in Russian society, which directly affected his bases and traditional values. Undoubtedly, it worsens the social situation of families, causing a crisis and the fall of the importance of the family as a whole. However, excessive exaggeration of the situation does not allow an objective analysis of the changes that are taking place in the modern family. It follows that it is necessary to focus on identifying and studying the potential of adapting it to changes in conditions and external influences while maintaining its internal resistance.

In this paper the author considers the provision of an acceptable quality of life, which is an important task of the state, as in the Russian Federation slant on the quality of life is supported by constitutional, "the Russian Federation - the welfare state, which is aimed at creating conditions for a dignified life and free formation of the person." The author draws attention to the conditions for the development of all forms of activity - forms of communication, such as: festivals, rallies, town festivals, etc. creates improving the urban environment... This increased activity in the city is characterized by the environmental parameters of the city as security, performance and aesthetic street furniture that are protected. Location of industrial production in the city, the lack of parking, use of urban and private vehicles, leading to "capture" of public areas - lawns, yards, sidewalks, parks, playgrounds, to the deterioration of the ecological status of air pollution residential areas, create an unfavorable background noise. Under the conditions of domination of the built environment and limited dialogue with the nature of great importance for the city's population become "green zone," which are one of the natural factors that can reduce the pollution load on the environment.

In this paper the author examines the religious rituals, the essence of which is the embodiment of religious ideas, an expression of belonging to a particular religious cult is a symbolic collective actions focused on the metaphysical objects. The author draws attention to religion, the basis of which is the belief in the supernatural, it assumes the existence of bilateral relations between the person and the object of worship. Religious rites continue to occupy an important place in human life, in spite of the modern pace of life and a certain workability in the development of civilization. This is connected with the age-old traditions, as well as the internal necessity of support from above, the belief in the existence of a higher justice.

In this paper the authors examine the profound changes in modern society, which inevitably change the trend of the relations between society and the armed forces of the Russian Federation, fill them with new content, put forward in the first place the reorganization of various kinds of structures of the state, conditions cardinal correction of military policy and military building. However, at present the situation of transition, characteristic of Russian society and the Armed Forces of originating a significant chain of critical problems and contradictions, touches the area of ​​the relationship between society and the armed forces, which are the major area of ​​disagreement, the collision of various interests and ambitions of the government. For the modern society the military sphere remains closed. Civil society is not able to influence decisions on the tasks of military policy and the construction of the Russian army, claimed at the highest level, but strictly from these findings depends directly on ensuring the defense capability of our state, the protection of its citizens from external aggression. An extremely tense atmosphere of civil-military relations creates a long and largely chaotic reform of the Armed Forces.

In this paper the author examines the political provocations in the media. Political provocations have long established themselves as a method of political technologies of the modern world, but, like any phenomenon, generate new questions. The author analyzes the methods of their use and impact on the social and psychological state of the society.
