This article explores the role of education as a key driver of inclusive social development in the context of global transformations. It analyzes current global trends, such as digitalization, globalization, and changes in the demographic structure, which pose new challenges and opportunities for education systems. The article focuses on the concept of inclusion, its evolution, and its practical implementation in educational strategies across different countries. It emphasizes the need for a comprehensive approach to education development that addresses the needs of all population groups, fosters civil society, and promotes sustainable development.
The article examines the phenomenon of digital amnesia (Google effect) as a psychological and cognitive effect of digitalization of education. The influence of free access to Internet resources on the processes of memorization, thinking and personal development of students of the secondary vocational education system (SPE) is analyzed. The mechanisms of transactive memory, the factors that enhance digital amnesia are revealed, and practical recommendations are offered to minimize its negative consequences in the educational environment. The purpose of this article is to provide a theoretical analysis of the impact of free access to Internet resources on the cognitive processes and personal characteristics of secondary vocational education students, as well as to systematize the factors that mediate this phenomenon in the educational environment.
This article examines the contradictions arising from the active digitalization of foreign language education. On the one hand, digital technologies offer unprecedented opportunities for authentic communication, access to foreign language resources, and personalized learning. On the other hand, there is a risk of replacing live intercultural dialogue with simulated communication, formalized exercises, and a technocratic approach. The author analyzes the key challenges of integrating ICT into foreign language teaching and proposes didactic principles for maintaining an intercultural focus in the digital environment.
